It's a word concept fallacy. Allah is not the same God of the Bible and never will be. The concept of monotheism in Islam is the tawhid whereas for Christianity it is the Trinity. He also never revealed himself by entering creation and Allah is known as the Greatest Deceiver according to the Qur'an..what does the Bible say about the master of deception?

The tawid is akin to the trinitarian heresy of sabellianism/modalism in that it is concerned with the oneness of God (which by the way have been condemned in the ecumenical councils of Nicaea and Constantinople in 325 and 381, respectively). The only Christians who fall for the Islamic claim that Allah is the same God as the one of the Bible are those who do not clearly understand the true trinity along with its trinitarian heresies. It is a reflection of a lack of theology and a prominent 'Christian' denomination that has a similar view to that of Islam is Unitarianism which rejects the trinity. Just think about the impact a trinitarian heresy would have on the events that have taken place when Christ was born.

If you have God's nature wrong, you have the wrong god.

Pope Francis believes that the god of Islam is the same god as he idolises in fact !

Pope Francis will not even mention Jesus Christ in fact, so as not to offend his brothers Islam and the Talmud so called Jews.
Pope Francis will mention Jesus Christ only if he has no other way around it.

Islam is clearly a creation of the Talmud Whore.

We see Socialist Jews in bed with Islam, giving them power, even too attack the State of Israel.

What has become of this world that the oldest well known truism is doubted. Is the Pope Catholic?

I don't know any actual Christian that believes Allah and Yeshua/God , are synonymous.

Arabic-speaking Christians (yes, they actually exist; we had one in our church in Florida) do.

Since the Arabic word for The Deity is ٱللَّٰه ("Allah"), Arabic Bibles use the word "Allah" where the Greek has "Theos" and the Hebrew has "Elohim", and the English has "God".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allah said:
Allah (/ˈælə, ˈɑːlə, əˈlɑː/; Arabic: ٱللَّٰه‎, romanized: Allāh, IPA: [ʔaɫ.ɫaːh] ⓘ) is the common Arabic word for God. In the English language, the word generally refers to God in Islam. The word is thought to be derived by contraction from al-ilāh, which means "the god", and is linguistically related to the Aramaic words Elah and Syriac ܐܲܠܵܗܵܐ (ʼAlāhā) and the Hebrew word El (Elohim) for God.

Which is NOT to say that a Christian Arab and a Muslim Arab have the same understanding of who "Allah" is or what he wants from humanity.

Allah is not a name, its simply Arabic, a secondary branch of Hebrew, for El-lah, the singular form of Elohim, the God in the Bible. It's better than what we call God, after the name of the god Gaud, the Canaanite god of Fortune.

Unitarians.
I am a Unitarian and I don't believe Allah is the same as the God of the Bible nor have I met any Unitarians who agree with what you said. Actually, the only ones I have seen say that were, ironically, Trinitarian., i.e., the Pope.

Is that something you have seen someone say or do you have a source for that?

Allah is simply the Arab word for God. This is confirmed by Encyclopedia Britannica and many other sources.

So I'm curious as to why you are objecting to its use while claiming "Allah is not the same God of the Bible...." Muslims claim they worship the Abrahamic God, and so when they say Allah, they are referring to the God of the Judeo-Christian Bible.

Muslims also say God has no son. So, Islam's Allah is not the same as Christianity's God. In Islam, Jesus is nothing more than a prophet.

If one plans to take the Quran seriously, as Christians who believe the sonship of Christ means going against Muslim interpretations. If Muhammad was a prophet, then as Christians, Muslims are in Apostacy, the Quran went from an oral tradition to a book 200 years after Muhammad, in the middle of the Christian Crusades. Most don't know the context of our scriptures, most Muslims haven't read the Bible and so have no idea, for instance why Jews even want Jerusalem for.

As for Jesus' sonship, the Quran is a bit of a one-sided conversation, it seems to respond to something the early Roman Christians were saying, they respond as if the Roman were saying "son of God" to imply God had begotten a son through animal lust, it refutes it correctly saying that Christ was miraculously conceived by a "Word" sent from Allah. They interpret a "son" as automatically implying its one naturally conceived, God instead spoke it and it was so. We should agree,

They seem unaware Biblical "son" is also a term used for all baptized Christians, Davidic kings (2 Sam 7) and certain angels (Hebrews 1). None of these Biblical "sons of God" implies a carnal conception.

Just learned this today, but the Quran says "The Gracious God has taken to Himself a son." So as far as I can tell, Muslims don't believe God is literally Jesus' biological or paternal father, but probably more like a spiritual father by adoption and I doubt they think it could apply to only Jesus. It's actually not very dissimilar from the early church where Adoptionism seemed to be a common belief (see Acts 13:33 for example) and the present day church where there is a belief in many who are sons or daughters of God who are such by adoption.

Would be good to hear a Muslim chime in on this.

Muslims pray towards Mecca, and specifically the Kabba in Mecca five times a day. Before Mohamed visited Mecca 360 idols were in the kabba. He removed those idols, well all but one.

Consider the black stone in the Kabba. It is believed to be a meteor that fell to earth long ago. When someone prays towards Mecca they are actually practicing idolatry.

... No, just... no. You really need to read other books outside your gossipy social circle.

Jews pray towards the Temple: “they shall pray toward this place and praise Your name, and repent of their sin, so that You may answer them.” (I Kings 8:35)

Image result for cube holy holies

Talmud says that Jews in the diaspora should face toward the Holy Land of Israel when praying, those in Israel should face toward Jerusalem, those in Jerusalem should face toward the Temple Mount, and those on the Mount should turn toward the Holy of Holies. (Talmud, Berachot 30a; Shulchan Aruch Harav, Orach Chaim 94:1)

The Kaaba (the Cube) is nearly the same dimensions as the Holy of Holies in Jerusalem. The original was destroyed, but the Blackstone Is the recovered cornerstone used by Abraham to build the Kaaba. I doubt you have respect for sacred ground like prophets did, but the Kaaba is a temple. Do you mock Jews who pray at the Wailing Wall?

Flawed retort. As a so-called Christian, its either not idolatry or else Jesus was an idolater when he purged the temple, commanded others to do religious works and prayed not to himself.

Technically, there are no instructions to pray to Jesus is Scripture or Jesus answering prayers in Scripture. When Jesus taught on the matter of praying, he only spoke of praying to the Father and taught his followers to do the same. See Matthew 6:6-9. When he spoke of prayers being answered, he said it would come from the Father. Matthew 7:11, John 16:23.

Jesus answering prayers in Scripture.
Mat 14:30 But when he [Peter] saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
Mat 14:31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
