Proverbs 3:25-26 Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. [26] For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.
There is a lot of Hope in the above from Proverbs.
Don’t be afraid when it comes to destroy the wicked that the Spirit may be saved.
When what comes?
Romans 7:5-12 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. [6] But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. [7] What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. [8] But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. [9] For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. [10] And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. [11] For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. [12] Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
Proverbs 3:25-26 Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. [26] For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.
Galatians 2:19-20 For through the Law I died to the Law, (sin taking occasion by the law, by it, sin slew me. That it might become exceedingly sinful) (yet fear not when it comes to destroy the wicked…the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. the Lord shall be your confidence) so that I might live for God. [20] I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; (fear not when it comes; for your confidence shall be in the Lord.) and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith (Confidence) in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
