The CLEAR description of Who Elohim is = Exodus 3:14-15
The Shema is about who JESUS is.And the Shema, the creed of Judaism, is Jesus’ creed.
Elohim, as described in Genesis and Exodus 3:14-15 is also Verified in Gospel of John
The Shema is about who JESUS is.
The Shema is about who Elohim is.The Shema is about who his God is.
Blasphemy?@David in NJ,
Aside from God being male/female, the plurality is also God and Gods word, which created man/female in his image.
The reason for saying his image is cause he created Adam first but he also made Eve (mother of life), in his image.
Do you believe this is blasphmemy?
Love to you,
Matthew
The Shema is about who Elohim is.
JESUS is about who God is.
The Shema is who JESUS is.
Have you ever read Revelation?
Blasphemy?
Absolutely not.
However, Adam and Eve speak of Christ and His Bride
AND
God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit only refers to Themselves as Male gender
Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”The Shema is about who his God is.
Those are not my opinions. They are declarations made by God in the Holy Scriptures = which i believe.Thank you for sharing your opinion on those subjects, David.
Love to you,
Matthew
Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, Mark 12 NKJVperceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”
29Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. 31And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
32So the scribe said to Him, “Well said, Teacher. You have spoken the truth, for there is one God, and there is no other but He. 33And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.”
34Now when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, He said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”

What does the wheelhouse of Mark 12:28-34 conclude? That’s my wheelhouse.
You should research the Scriptures to SEE if those things are Truth.David,
Im not saying that to be offensive to you.
You are completley entitled to freely express your opinions with me with no condemnation.
Love to you,
Matthew

Well, the Shema guarantees the continuity from the OT to the NT of exactly Who JESUS IS..........See post #887 in this thread.

Which brings us back to the wheelhouse of Mark 12:28-34 and the question = What is the conclusion?
