Mystery Babylon Identified in Only Two Verses​

Mystery Babylon can be identified by using two simple verses…

Verse #1:
Revelation 18:24
"And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth."

The above verse is referring to Mystery Babylon. In her was found Blood. Said Blood was that of all that were slain. Easy enough to understand.

A few questions arise. Is the word ‘Blood’ literal? Does ‘all’ really mean all? I personally believe that a literal interpretation is always a good starting point unless Scripture defines a clear symbolic meaning. Therefore, I will attempt to interpret the above verse using the literal meaning first to see what happens.

I will presume for this study that the word ‘Blood’ means literal Blood and that the word ‘all’ means everyone since the beginning of Creation. Therefore, Mystery Babylon drank literal Blood since the time of Adam and Eve. This would of course mean that Mystery Babylon could not be the Papacy or United States for example, since they did not exist during the time of Adam and Eve.

Note that I believe that Scripture does not contradict itself. What the Word of God says in one place, remains intact throughout the entire Bible.

Now, if we are lucky, all we need to do is look for the very first person who was slain to see if Mystery Babylon was drinking their Blood during that time. We all know that Abel was the first to be slain. Did God make this easy for us? Let us see…

Verse #2:
Genesis 4:11
"And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand"

Abel was the first person to be slain. And sure enough, Mystery Babylon was there to receive his Blood.

So, who is Mystery Babylon? According to the non-contradicting Word of God, Mystery Babylon is Earth. Indeed, it is Earth who drinks the Blood of those slain. And there we have it. Mystery Babylon identified in just two verses.

However, it does not end there. We have some ‘fine print’ to go over. For example, how is Earth also a city as we see in this next verse?

Revelation 17:18
“And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.”

As mentioned earlier in this thread, a literal interpretation is always a good starting point unless Scripture defines a clear symbolic meaning. Christians often make the mistake of claiming that ‘Women are Churches in the Bible’. This is simply not True in most every case. Women in the Bible are Women unless otherwise specified.

Mystery Babylon is not a Church, she is a Woman. She is also a Mother. This means she has a body with a womb. In her womb are ovaries to produce children. However, the Word of God is giving us a symbolic meaning as well. She is a City. How does that work?

One of the biggest Keys to understanding how to interpret symbolic meaning in the Bible is to compare them to the Kingdom of God Within. We are talking about Human Anatomy here. By comparing Mystery Babylon to the anatomy of a Woman, all is revealed plainly. This is what God is commanding us to do. Most Christians skip this important step.

We now continue with the fine print…

Once Earth drinks the Blood of those slain, the story does not end there. There is a process that takes place. This process is extremely important to understand. The Blood goes somewhere. Where does it go?

Matthew 23:35
"That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar."

Did you catch that? The Blood of Abel, and those slain, are symbolically placed upon Earthly Jerusalem. Thus, Earth is Mystery Babylon who drinks the Blood of those slain, then the Blood is symbolically placed upon Earthly Jerusalem. But why? And in what way is the Blood placed? What is the deeper meaning here?

Remember, there is a PROCESS involved here. Again, the Blood does not stop after Earth drinks it. The Blood goes to a very specific place in Jerusalem.

Look at Mathew 23:25 closely. Those that have done well in their studies will understand the deep meaning of being slain between the Temple and the Brazen Altar. This is the area by which the Goat and Bull were slain on the Day of Atonement to obtain their Blood. This Blood would then be sprinkled on the Ark of the Covenant...

Leviticus 16:14
"And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times."

What Jesus is teaching is that all the Blood that Mystery Babylon drank, from Abel to Zacharias, was symbolically sprinkled upon the Ark to atone for sin. They were, in a sense, sacrificed.

This fact is illustrated in this next verse...

Hebrews 12:24
"And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel."

And there we have it as plain as can be. After Mystery Babylon drank the blood of Abel, it was then sprinkled in the Most Holy Place to atone for sin. The Blood of Jesus of course speaks better things than that of Abel and is the final Atonement required.

And now we understand how the process works. So, how can Mystery Babylon, being a Woman, also be Earth as well as Earthly Jerusalem all at the same time? Think Kingdom of God Within. Think Human Anatomy…

Hagar was an actual walking talking Human Being. She was not a Church. She had a Son through Abraham...

Galatians 4:22
"For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman."

Hagar is the 'Bondmaid' in the above verse. Again, not a Church. What else does Scripture say about Hagar?

Galatians 4:23
"But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise."

Hagar's Son represents those who are born of the flesh. Another way of putting it, Hagar's Son represents all of us that are born into this world though our Earthly Mothers.

Notice what else is being said in Galatians 4:23? There is a 'Freewoman'. That would be Sarah. And Sarah's children represent those who will be born into the New Heavens and New Earth. In other words, they will be Born Again of the Glorified Body. It is a promise.

What else do Hagar and Sarah represent? Do they represent Churches? Nope...

The children of Hagar represent those born into bondage. That would be all of us. We are all born into bondage.

Do you understand what is being taught here? Hagar is representative of that Great City...

Hagar represents Earthly Jerusalem! More specifically, Hagar represents the womb that brings forth children born into bondage. Sodom represents corruption. Egypt represents bondage. Hagar is the Egyptian Woman.

What the verses are teaching is that Hagar represents the womb of the Earth Mother, otherwise known as Mystery Babylon.

See what happens when we stay in the Bible? Everything is revealed and made plain. Nothing in the verse teaches about 'false religions'. Nothing in the verses teach about the United States or the Vatican. The verses point to Human Anatomy and the Kingdom of God Within. It is all about Genomics.

The Harlot 'sits' on seven mountains. In other words, she procreates to create a child. Thus, by 'sitting' on seven mountains and receiving the Seed, Mystery Babylon has conceived seven children. These seven became Seven Kings...

Seven Heads = Seven Mountains = Seven Kings

These Kings would go on to be the various Antichrists throughout history...

When the Book of Revelation was written, five of the Kings were fallen. One existed. Perhaps it was Nero. A future King would arrive after the Book was written. There is much speculation as to whether this Antichrist already came and went or if it is still future.

Some suggest the Seventh King was Hitler. If this is True, we are down to the 'deadly wound was healed' point in Prophecy. Hitler's deadly head wound will be healed via the Image of the Beast. It will be a man-made Antichrist. Perhaps Chat GPT will fit the bill. Who knows?

OK I read it all, no use quoting it all. The guy (Robert) who replied kind of got it right, but he placed the All False Religion moniker as the wrong side of a two sided coin. You get a lot right overall, its not a church, its not ONE CITY, but as a man called unto Prophecy for 38 years, who finally got this about 7-8 years ago because the holy spirit told me my blog about Babylon being THAT CITY (Rome) was wrong, and told me to look at the vision again, its only four verses. So I went from there, you will not find anyone who can teach this as well as I do because I am not guessing anymore. We guess until we know that we know, right? Then we guess no longer.

For starters there is no MYSTERY Babylon, look at it again, its Mystery, comma, then Babylon. Is that important? Yes. In verse 7 the Angel says come I will show you the Mystery (Musterion or Secret by God's Silence) so since the angel showed us how could it ever have been a Mystery? We just do not comprehend the explanation. Once I relooked at the four verses (Rev. 17:3-6 is the vision) I understood, Mystery was a HEADER as in a question mark, followed by three (3) DISCRIPTORS of who the Harlot was, so Rev. 17 is about the Harlot who rides the [Gov.] Beasts. It should look like this:

1.) Babylon the Great (Babylon was noted for its FALSE RELIGION and false gods)
2.) Mother of Harlots (FALSE RELIGION was the original Harlotry against God)
3.) Abominations of the Earth (God's a jealous God and hates FALSE RELIGION which worships other false gods, which we know are merely Demons)

So, it was never Mystery Babylon, it was MYSTERY followed by three descriptors.........What was the Mystery or Secret? The Harlot Woman was shrouded in secrecy, so God explained who she was by placing three Name tags on her, like a Harlot would have had on them in any public square so their suitors could find and identify them.

So, ALL False Religion of all time = the Harlot. Thus as you understand it can't be the RCC, it is on both sides of the cross, the Harlot False Religion has the blood of the Saints (Jews) AND the Martyrs of Christ on her hands. She RIDES THE BACK of the [Gov.] Beasts because they were all intermingled together, they went hand and hand until the Last Beast and his 10 (Complete E.U.) kills off the Harlot (Rev. 17:16) because now there is no room for Jupiter, Zeus or any Egyptian Sun god worshiping, nor any room for Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism etc. etc. the last Beast will demand to be worshiped as the ONLY GOD !! So, Robert kind of sees it but calls All False Religion Babylon the Great when it is really The Harlot Woman instead (I will show who Babylon the Great is however, read on).

Now who is Babylon or Babylon the Great of Rev. 18 and in other chapters? Well, Revelation 16:19 tells us 100 percent who she is. Its the WHOLE WORLD (World Governance under Satan).

Rev. 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts(Jerusalem/Earthquake/Jesus shows up), and the cities of the nations fell(Jesus defeats the Nations at Armageddon): AND great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

So, God calls those defeated by Jesus at the 7th Vial Babylon the Great, so who got defeated? Well, we can see via Vial #6, it says the Dragon, False Prophet & Beast deceived the Kings of the WHOLE WORLD into going to battle against their own God !! Nothing can be more "Babel" than that. Babel simply means confusion, and thus mankind trying to defeat their own loving Creator is aptly called Babylon the Great.

Babylon = Satan's Dark Kingdom on this earth where he rules by CONFUSION !! That is why when Babylon falls Satan gets bound for 1000 years. It is not coincidence at all.

False Religion and False Governance go hand in hand, the Harlot RIDES the [Gov.] Beasts. Rev. 18 is mostly prose about this evil world getting judged. In Rev. 17 the Harlot gets judged, God uses the 10 kings (E.U.) in league with the Beast to judge all of the false religions by killing them off. Then God judges the Beast System of False Governance and its False Religion (Beast Worship) Himself in Rev. 18.

When you deal with satans world, and I am sure you recognize babylon of not being from God, it will fall into one of 3 categories, religious, governmental, or commercial. Since she committed fornication with the Kings of the earth, she is not governmental, and at her collapse the merchants cry, therefore she is not commercial as well. she makes up all false religion with christendom at the forefront.

Agreed. Every time the Bible mentions a 'Mystery', it is explained, thus folks have no need to guess.

We have a sort of 'chicken and egg' scenario here. Why does God not want folks to follow all of those false religions in the first place? This is the part of the equation so many forget to include. There is a deeper meaning and reason that has to do with altering God's creation.

In other words, the final straw is always when Man begins to tinker with DNA and create abominations. False religions lead to that. The whole theme of 'idol worship' is about Man wanting to create Gods for real, not silly little Mary statues for the garden. We are talking Image of the Beast here. That is when God finally has enough and has to disinfect and sterilize his Creation from the Gene Editing.

Why did God flood the Earth and destroy so much Life?

"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."

There were Genetic abominations happening. That is always the line that God has drawn. God will sterilize the Earth with fire in the end, not because folks choose to have different religious beliefs, but because of Hybrids...

What did the Book of Daniel prophecy about the end?

It was the 'mingling of Seed' that caused God to send the Stone to destroy the statue, not false religions. If God hated false religions so much, he would have gotten rid of Humans long ago.

There is no denying that governments are involved, however we are back to the 'chicken and egg' scenario again. The governments come 'after' the Harlot 'rides the beast'. In other words, the Harlot gives birth to the people first in order to create the governments, etc.

The Beast is simply Satan in the form of an Earthly physical Body. Riding the Beast is symbolic of procreation. Remember, Satan is the biological Father of the Human Race...

We know that the 'Waters' are symbolic of people...

Although the above verse could be speaking of the oceans of the world, there is again, a deeper meaning. The 'Waters' are also symbolic of amniotic fluid. The 'peoples' are literally the entire Human Race she gave birth to. Mystery Babylon is ultimately the Mother of *ALL* of us here. This is what the ultimate message is.

Satan and Mystery Babylon are the biological parents of the Human Race. God is trying to teach this incredibly profound and uncomfortable Truth in a somewhat delicate manner.

Thus, Mystery Babylon was Earth in the Garden of Eden. Her Ovary were symbolized by the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The Seed of the Serpent is what fertilized the Ovum of the Earth Mother to produce Zygotes.

When Adam and his Wife partook of the Forbidden Zygotes, they incarnated into the corrupt bodies we have today. The Harlot is our Mother and Satan is our Father in the most literal sense. This is why we need to be Born Again. We need new parents!

Mystery Babylon Identified in Only Two Verses​

Mystery Babylon can be identified by using two simple verses…

Verse #1:
Revelation 18:24
"And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth."

The above verse is referring to Mystery Babylon. In her was found Blood. Said Blood was that of all that were slain. Easy enough to understand.

A few questions arise. Is the word ‘Blood’ literal? Does ‘all’ really mean all? I personally believe that a literal interpretation is always a good starting point unless Scripture defines a clear symbolic meaning. Therefore, I will attempt to interpret the above verse using the literal meaning first to see what happens.

I will presume for this study that the word ‘Blood’ means literal Blood and that the word ‘all’ means everyone since the beginning of Creation. Therefore, Mystery Babylon drank literal Blood since the time of Adam and Eve. This would of course mean that Mystery Babylon could not be the Papacy or United States for example, since they did not exist during the time of Adam and Eve.

Note that I believe that Scripture does not contradict itself. What the Word of God says in one place, remains intact throughout the entire Bible.

Now, if we are lucky, all we need to do is look for the very first person who was slain to see if Mystery Babylon was drinking their Blood during that time. We all know that Abel was the first to be slain. Did God make this easy for us? Let us see…

Abel was the first person to be slain. And sure enough, Mystery Babylon was there to receive his Blood.

So, who is Mystery Babylon? According to the non-contradicting Word of God, Mystery Babylon is Earth. Indeed, it is Earth who drinks the Blood of those slain. And there we have it. Mystery Babylon identified in just two verses.

However, it does not end there. We have some ‘fine print’ to go over. For example, how is Earth also a city as we see in this next verse?

Revelation 17:18
“And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.”

As mentioned earlier in this thread, a literal interpretation is always a good starting point unless Scripture defines a clear symbolic meaning. Christians often make the mistake of claiming that ‘Women are Churches in the Bible’. This is simply not True in most every case. Women in the Bible are Women unless otherwise specified.

Mystery Babylon is not a Church, she is a Woman. She is also a Mother. This means she has a body with a womb. In her womb are ovaries to produce children. However, the Word of God is giving us a symbolic meaning as well. She is a City. How does that work?

Matthew 6:33
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

One of the biggest Keys to understanding how to interpret symbolic meaning in the Bible is to compare them to the Kingdom of God Within. We are talking about Human Anatomy here. By comparing Mystery Babylon to the anatomy of a Woman, all is revealed plainly. This is what God is commanding us to do. Most Christians skip this important step.

We now continue with the fine print…

Once Earth drinks the Blood of those slain, the story does not end there. There is a process that takes place. This process is extremely important to understand. The Blood goes somewhere. Where does it go?

Matthew 23:35
"That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar."

Did you catch that? The Blood of Abel, and those slain, are symbolically placed upon Earthly Jerusalem. Thus, Earth is Mystery Babylon who drinks the Blood of those slain, then the Blood is symbolically placed upon Earthly Jerusalem. But why? And in what way is the Blood placed? What is the deeper meaning here?

Remember, there is a PROCESS involved here. Again, the Blood does not stop after Earth drinks it. The Blood goes to a very specific place in Jerusalem.

Look at Mathew 23:25 closely. Those that have done well in their studies will understand the deep meaning of being slain between the Temple and the Brazen Altar. This is the area by which the Goat and Bull were slain on the Day of Atonement to obtain their Blood. This Blood would then be sprinkled on the Ark of the Covenant...

Leviticus 16:14
"And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times."

What Jesus is teaching is that all the Blood that Mystery Babylon drank, from Abel to Zacharias, was symbolically sprinkled upon the Ark to atone for sin. They were, in a sense, sacrificed.

This fact is illustrated in this next verse...

Hebrews 12:24
"And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel."

And there we have it as plain as can be. After Mystery Babylon drank the blood of Abel, it was then sprinkled in the Most Holy Place to atone for sin. The Blood of Jesus of course speaks better things than that of Abel and is the final Atonement required.

And now we understand how the process works. So, how can Mystery Babylon, being a Woman, also be Earth as well as Earthly Jerusalem all at the same time? Think Kingdom of God Within. Think Human Anatomy…

• Earth = Body of Mystery Babylon
• Earthly Jerusalem = Womb of Mystery Babylon
• Tabernacles and Temples = Ovum of Mystery Babylon

And, if One has really done their homework, they know that the Body is the Temple…

The Temples and Tabernacles are scale models of a Woman’s Zygote. They represent our Bodies at the moment of conception. Here is the process in terms of Human Anatomy…

The "MYSTERY" part is this. It does involve the time of Cain and Abel, with Satan influencing Cain. In Genesis 3 God revealed the battle of this present world involving Satan's seed and the Seed of the symbolic Woman of God's children that Jesus would be born through.

The very first idol worship recorded in the history of this present world was at ancient Sumer-Babylon. There one with Semitic features appeared among the "blackhead" race (they called themselves per the cuneiform tablets), and this Semite taught them sciences and the technology of canal building. Babylon would become one of the great wonders of the world for its learning and technology. This Semite they made king, and he built their first city. His name was Sargon I, and his metal death mask showing his facial features is in the British museum. The Sumerians called him 'son of Bel', or 'son of the dragon'. And it was Sargon I that began the very first idol worship in world history, in ancient Sumer-Babylon. Some believe this Sargon I who was of Semitic origin, was Cain, and that ancient Sumer was the Biblical "land of Nod". The later worship of Baal was just another name for that old idol worship of Bel in ancient Sumer. That idol worship then spread to other lands like ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, ancient Rome, etc., just under different names. The priests even had a name for the "MYSTERY". They called their schools of initiation "mystery schools", or just "the mysteries".

What are "the mysteries" about then? The ancient Egyptian priests had a secret order among themselves. To join the petitioner had to go through a period of probation, and were called Neophytes. If they passed, then they were taught about "the mysteries", basically esoteric or knowledge of the Occult. These type of schools of "the mysteries" continued throughout ancient pagandom. Ancient pagan Greece and Rome had their Eleusinian and Donysian Mysteries. This in turn produced the paganism of Hellenism and Greek Neoplatonism, and thus Gnosticism. With the later Perisan version, they had their Mithras of the Mithraic Mysteries, and the ancient Egyptians their "Mysteries of Isis". These 'mystery school' cults involved initiation into those 'mysteries'. Still today, there exists in the world these type of mystery schools of initiation that claim their origins from the ancient mystery schools.

So, what did John see? What was the Angel reminding John about? His VISION !!! Which is only 4 verses.

Beasts with the Woman CONJOINED unto them or riding their backs.}}}

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: {{{Think Daniel chapter 5, the Mene mene tekel chapter where Babylon was judged by God because of her filthy, immoral gods, and because she used the plates/chalices of God's temple in a pagan celebration.}}}

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery(COMMA/Header then Three Descriptors follow), (1)Babylon The Great, (2)The Mother Of Harlots And (3)Abominations Of The Earth.

So, all the Angel did was REMIND John of what he saw (SAWEST) and that she is that GREAT CITY, and Babylon was THAT CITY which was mentioned, not Jerusalem, not Rome, and guess what, this is why those called unto Prophecy should teach, we can hear REBUKE from God, we are not too proud to be wrong. I wrote a wonderful blog that took a lot of study, it was about Babylon the Great, and I called that city Rome, LOL, then the Holy Spirit was like "Ron, you are wrong, go look at what the vision says Ron, that city can not be Rome, look again" and I of course did, and saw that what John actually SAW (he vision) says Babylon, and it was only being used as one of three DESCRIPTORS to name who the Harlot was. There never was a Mystery, the Angel in verse 7 says COME I will show you the Mystery (Musterion = to shut the mouth, or God being SILENT on something, here we are be EXPLAINED what the Mystery was, so it has not been a "Mystery" for nigh 2000 years) of the Woman who rides the Beast.......SO.......Why are we guessing?, LOL.

The Women has both Purple and Scarlet on, she's a Religious Entity, she rides the back of a Beast or Beasts and thus she is a Religious Entity CONJOINED with Gov. Scarlet & Purple represents false religion and false governance. God saw her as an abomination, just like in Daniel 5. Then in Rev. 17:5 we see God gives us the ANSWER to this "MYSTERY !!

MYSTERY (Question mark as in ?) then we get the answers below which DESCRIBE her

1.) Babylon the Great (Babylon was noted for its FALSE RELIGION)
2.) Mother of Harlots (FALSE RELIGION was the original Harlotry of mankind)
3.) Abominations of the Earth (God is a jealous God, hence any FALSE RELIGION He hates with a passion)

See how the THREE DESCRIPTORS all describe the same entity? FALSE RELIGION !! Not a real CITY.

Verse 6 then says I SAW HER (False Religion) with the blood of the Saints (Jews of old) AND with the Martyrs of Jesus Christ on her hands. Meaning she (FALSE RELIGION) has been around on both sides of the Cross.

So, THAT CITY John saw was Babylon, we are supposed to REMEMBER that because its the key to understanding that THAT WOMAN is ALL FALSE RELIGION of all time. It is not Jerusalem, it is not Rome etc. etc. The Harlot is FALSE RELIGION, and this chapter is al about JUDGING HER, just like God judged Babylon in Daniel chapter 5. Don't believe it? read vs. 1 & 2.

Rev. 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth(Gov Beasts) have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication(FALSE RELIGION like the Holy Spirit is WINE or Spiritual Food).

So, who does God get to JUDGE ALL False Religion? Well, He tells us in Rev. 17:16-17 (SMILE).

17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will,(Boom) and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

So, God JUDGES ALL False Religion via the 10 Kings (E.U.) and the Beast but how? Well, naturally this man the Anti-Christ has a PUFFED UP opinion of himself, he thinks he is GOD so why would you allow any other gods to be worshiped in this case? He will not only Martyr the New Christian Converts after the Pre Trib Rapture, but kill all the Jews he can get his hands on, and he will kill off Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and any "ISM" that does not say he is the ONLY GOD !! Thus The Harlot is JUDGED in Rev. 17, and God Himself will judged Babylon (The Whole World) in Rev. 18.

Anyone saying Rev. 17 is about a CITY has no clue about Prophecy in reality. The CITY is just a DESCRIPTOR of who the Harlot is. Babylon the Great is noted for FALSE RELIGION !!

Rev. 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth

So, what did John see? What was the Angel reminding John about? His VISION !!! Which is only 4 verses.

Rev. 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast ( WHO is the Woman & the Beast? ), full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. {{{ So we get the Parameters here of these two, Gov. Beasts with the Woman CONJOINED unto them or riding their backs.}}}

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: {{{Think Daniel chapter 5, the Mene mene tekel chapter where Babylon was judged by God because of her filthy, immoral gods, and because she used the plates/chalices of God's temple in a pagan celebration.}}}

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery(COMMA/Header then Three Descriptors follow), (1)Babylon The Great, (2)The Mother Of Harlots And (3)Abominations Of The Earth.

6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, AND with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration(really means Wonderment).

So, all the Angel did was REMIND John of what he saw (SAWEST) and that she is that GREAT CITY, and Babylon was THAT CITY which was mentioned, not Jerusalem, not Rome, and guess what, this is why those called unto Prophecy should teach, we can hear REBUKE, we are not too proud to be wrong. I wrote a wonderful blog that took a lot of study, it was Babylon the Great, and call that city Rome, LOL, then the Holy Spirit was like "Ron, you are wrong, go look at what the vision says Ron, that city can not be Rome, look again" and I of course did, and saw that what John actually SAW (he vision) says Babylon, and it was only being used as one of three DESCRIPTORS to name who the Harlot was. There never was a Mystery, the Angel in verse 7 says COME I will show you the Mystery (Musterion = to shut the mouth, or God being SILENT on something, here we are be EXPLAINED what the Mystery was, so it has not been a "Mystery" for nigh 2000 years) of the Woman who rides the Beast.......SO.......Why are we guessing?, LOL.

The symbolic "woman" of Rev.17, which is a "harlot", IS... JERUSALEM FOR THE END, in a state of IDOL worship (remember the "abomination of desolation" Jesus revealed in Jerusalem for the end per Matthew 24?).

But the connection of the name BABYLON is about Satan's 'system' of attack for this present world, going all the way back to ancient Sumer-Babylon, which is the historical area of the 1st IDOL worship on earth.

So Lord Jesus' usage of Babylon in Revelation is NOT only... a pointer back to the Babylon empire of Daniel's time, but also about the "mystery of iniquity" working, the "many antichrists" working, the "tares" working, that was set for this present world.

And today, that "mystery of iniquity" is STILL going on among today's secret societies of initiation which claim heritage from the ancient "mystery schools" of ancient pagan cultures like ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome, and Babylon.

This is ALSO why the Ezekiel 16 chapter is a link to the idea of Jerusalem being the harlot city, because GOD HIMSELF SAID IT there. Jerusalem was even a pagan city of the Jebusites before God gave David to conquer it.

And I WILL FURTHER WARN CHRISTIAN BRETHREN ABOUT THIS FOR TODAY, because secret societies like the Masonic Lodge is only one of those initiate fraternities today that claim heritage from ancient Egypt and their "mysteries". It is very sad too that MANY Christian leaders in today's Churches are members of it, and see no problem with it! Well, yes Babylon is Satan's Dark Kingdom on this earth, that is why Babylon only falls when Satan is locked up. Babylon means Confusion, Satan is the Liar who Confuses mankind. Pretty basic stuff.

You need to get serious and STUDY Ezekiel 16 where God first CALLED JERUSALEM A HARLOT!

YOU are insulting God by intentionally bypassing His Word about JERUSALEM as the harlot for the end of this world. Even the prophecy about the "abomination of desolation" that Jesus quoted from the Book of Daniel is about the setting up of an IDOL in a JEWISH TEMPLE IN JERUSALEM! (per Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Daniel 11). So duh........ that means a rebuilt 3rd temple in JERUSALEM by the orthodox JEWS for the end of this world! And you want to point to the EU instead???

You reveal you are either completely Biblically illiterate about the end time events Jesus warned about, OR YOU ARE ON A FALSE JEW AGENDA TO HIDE THE DEVIL'S COMING WORK IN JERUSALEM. And I think it's the latter.

I respect other people's beliefs and opinions. Lot of discussions here are wrong. James chapter 3, those who plant seeds or are teachers of God's word, will be strictly judged by Jesus. Its serious business. Anyone misleading Gods people will have spirtual blood on their hands. Asbestos under wear wont do any good on judgement day. I would repent and get out the preaching business fast. Mystery of Babylon is one world political system of revelation chapter 13. Daniel 7 year period was shortened to 5 month period, revelation chapter 9:5. At the 5th trump, the beast system receives deadly wound. Satan as antichrist will come 6th trump and heal deadly wound. By establishing world peace. Second thessalonians chapter 2, son of perdition is satan, he comes 6th trump to Jerusalem. Thier will be much spirtual blood. Because many people are biblically illiterate. They will worship antichrist near future. Many churches won't teach ephesians chapter 6, you need gospel armour on. Its knowledge and wisdom of God's word. Those listening to misguided preachers and traditions of men, have no defense against antichrist. Hebrews chapter 5, after 20 years, they should be teachers of God's word. Sadly, many pastors and priests teach tradition of men, feeding milk bottles to their flocks. Where's the meat of God's word. You don't want to be in this position. Jesus is coming 7th trump, and judgement starts with house of God, gospel of Peter chapter 4.
