Is believing/faith a work ?

Faith/belief is a work of obedience in doing the will of God and not a work of merit for obedience to God's will does not earn anything, (Lk 17:7-10).

Who we treat as GOD is OUR GOD . Who we treat as CHRIST is our christ .
IF one had truly beleived in CHRIST they would have done as did abraham who truly believed .
WHEN GOD , WHEN CHRIST , said DO they would have DONE .
Hearers only decieve themselves . JAMES had it right and so did paul .
THEY BOTH KNEW Only FAITH IN CHRIST WOULD save one
but they both knew IF OUR FAITH IS REAL WE OBEY . NO MAN can prove this otherwise .
WHO we obey IS WHOSE we are , WHO we obey is what and who we LOVE .
GOD changes a heart. ONLY FAITH IN CHRIST saves , but if our faith
is in another version , WONT END WELL on the DAY OF THE ONE TRUE CHRIST .
ITS so simple really . Nothing complicated here .
WHO WE LOVE IS PROOF of whose we are and who we obey IS WHO WE LOVE AND WHOSE WE ARE .
No man can say othewise and if they do they are a liar . JESUS SAID THIS TOO . AND WE KNOW HE DONT LIE .
the apostles later taught that , and we know those letters were not LIES . TIME TO CHOOSE .
TIME to choose o world and churches . I SAY that with upmost urgency too as i desire none to perish .
But if folks are following satans flesh served version of Christ they aint GONNNA MAKE IT . Let us OPEN BIBLES
and love all things our GOD and LORD and later the apostels would write . learn it well . AND LIFTTHOSE HANDS UP SISTER .

The object of ones faith IS what matters .
But what if the object of ones faith is in another jesus ..............
I tell us all they wont make it nor like what they hear on the DAY of the LORD .
We better make sure its the BIBLICAL JESUS we be a loving and following for far too many are preaching
another jesus that seems to wave rainbow flags and seems to support everyones religion and path to GOD .
Got bad news , THAT AINT JESUS , its the devil using the name of JESUS and we better not follow That ol serpent .

This aint JESUS at all . we better know our bibles well my friends . This aint love and its not OF GOD .
The devil knows how to appear as an angel of light and he knows how to decieve and so do his ministirs .

James says there are different kinds of faith,
1)James 2:17;24 Faith alone being dead.
2 )James 2:21 Faith with works being being justified.

Nowhere does James ever define faith alone as being anything but dead.
To be saved by faith only is to be saved by a dead faith.

Everything done in the fleshly body is some kind of work whether it's mental with the brain or physical. People get hung up on "works" and erroneously claim things such as those mentioned, as well as baptism, is a "work", and therefore wrong. That's total nonsense. God has left his work on earth to mankind to do and mankind is flesh. We preach, teach, baptise, because we are commanded or required to do so. And yes, they are done by use of our fleshly bodies.

What is it about us as people that we need to tell them that we are right and they are wrong; that we have a better perspective than they do; that whatever we pronounce is akin to God's pronouncement?

Is it our own insecurity which we need to bolster by 'threatening' others? Ohhh no, we're just warning them we say......yeah sure! I'd say it's our own religious deception being ameliorated.......If we cared for them we'd give them good news, we'd step into their shoes and give them real food!
