Now, with all that info lets look at the passage.

Dan. 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn(Anti-Christ), which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.

So, he has to come out of the Northwest corridor of this four way box. And Greece is in that direction. Now, why are we given a rundown of every Greek King in Daniel 11 from Alexander the Great to Antiochus Epiphanes IV ? Because the Little Horn shown in Dan. 11:36-45 is a Grecian by birth. This gives him a birthright to be the E.U. President also, thus he can arise from the Fourth Beasts Head (Europe). None of the others are in Europe. The bloodline can travel.

A Turk's parents/grandparents migrate to Greece from Turkey who has a common border with Greece. He therefore is a Greek Citizen by birth as was Alexander the Great and Antiochus Epiphanes. He then comes to power via the 10 which is Complete Europe Reunited

The emphasis I placed is not on Pergamum or any one of the multitude of territories and cities you and the other people who have engaged in this thread have come up with.

The emphasis I placed is on what the church in Pergamum were guilty of, and the wording of Christ's warning to them about what would happen if they do not repent - which is what will happen to the church at the close of the Age. because it was a statue to Zeus that Antiochus had placed in the temple a couple of hundred years before, and it was eating sacrifices made to (which idol, do you think, bearing in mind that there was a temple in Pergamum to the one considered the king of the gods - Zeus?) that Christians had made themselves guilty of.

Jesus does not say they worshiped Zeus, he said just the opposite, that Pergamum had kept their faith. I will explain about the coming False Prophet below. And we know that the false prophet will build an image to the beast. We also know that the man of sin will show himself forth as being God.

So when we see all this and Christians doing what the Christians in the church in Pergamum were doing, then we will be able to identify who Revelation's beast is.

The Framework for these 7 year agreements are already in place, it is called the European Neighborhood Policy, look it up. They ran from 2007-2013 then from 2014-2020. THE MANY can also be seen, the E.U. have working agreements with Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Algeria, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia. The 1290 happens next, AFTER Israel has repented (1/3 do so, see Zechariah 13:8-9) and this False Prophet (Jewish High Priest gone rogue just like Jason) then STOPS Jesus Worship in the temple, not a stupid, profane MEAT SACRIFICE which is a defilement in and of itself. Then to mock them, he places an Image of the E.U. President in the temple, by this time Israel is a part of the E.U. that is the covenant/agreement they enter into. This happens 1290 days before ALL THESE WONDERS END via Jesus' Return or Second Coming or Second Advent as I prefer to call it.

The 1260 comes 1260 days before ALL THESE WONDERS END at the Second Coming of Jesus. NOTICE: In Dan. 12:8 Daniel asks the exact same question as the Angel asks in Dan. 12:6, the answers therefore have the exact same symmetry. They are all three events that happen a certain number of day before the Second Coming ends all of these wonders Daniel was shown in Dan. 11:36-45.

But you have Daniel's 70th week cut out of its 1st century chronological fulfillment and pasted into the final seven years before the return of Christ - and that's not the Holy Spirit, but human imagination.

C'mon now. The Holy Spirit has not given you one understanding and everyone else another understanding that disagrees with yours and with one another's.

Your guess is as good as everyone else's, which isn't very good at all because you all use your magic P.C mouse, which all by itself highlights too many Old Testament prophetic texts, dragging them all into a folder titled "the end of this Age and the return of Christ", despite the fact that though using the same metaphor and often hyperbole that the Revelation uses (and that all prophetic literature is saturated with, as well as quite a few Psalms), most of those Old Testament prophecies are speaking about events that have already been fulfilled,

The Bible is full of metaphor and types. Sodom and Gomorrah are types, and used as metaphor repeatedly in prophetic scripture. Your failure to separate the literal from the symbolic and metaphorical is not unique to yourself though. It's a thing that plagues the church, where everyone's an expert and everyone has the Holy Spirit who "guided them into their understanding" - and hardly anyone has the kind of Godly humility to admit that we are all fallible and our understanding extremely limited, so we can easily, easily come to faulty conclusions all by ourselves.

The proof is in how many people disagree with you and in how many people disagree with those who disagree with you and yet disagree with you too. Ever wondered that the reason may be because the same finger you are pointing in your post above points back at you?

Notice I haven't tried to identify who the beast is or will be or where he will appear (which nation). Notice too that I only looked at scripture and the words used in 2 Peter 3:10-12 and what they mean in every other verse in scripture where the same words are used. The Bible tells us what "water" represents..."peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues". Therefore, a beast rising from the sea is a nation arising among a densely populated area, as did Babylone, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome.

I don't mind that people care nothing about why we believed Historicism for so many centuries and now choose to believe Jesuit lies...the Israelites took only a couple hundred years to learn the satanic ways of the Egyptians yet God was able to unlearn them by His truth.
