I will, in time, get to ALL of these great posts from @theefaith and @The Learner. In the meantime…

No, she does more than just write. At this moment in Time, from the very essence of what her humanity Truly is — a little child, kidnapped, bound and locked AWAY in a hole down in the basement — she shares with us… actually, she cries-out to us (and I have good ears). I can effortlessly hear you; oh, precious little one; even as your stifled voice remains locked AWAY in captivity.
She cries: “It is scary to consider ‘We judge EVERYTHING in terms of Good & Evil. That is what... having a conscience... is. Judging EVERYTHING (including one’s own self) in terms of Good & Evil.’ It is scary because you described me PERFECTLY. Like whenever I grew a conscience it was ‘Let the Judge come Forth’.”
You speak Truth, my dear friend. But, are you aware... just how young you were… when you actually grew IT? (a conscience, that is)
You grew one the very moment you “came-of-age.” You are not alone. 99.9999999% of the adult, Living human population, remains kidnapped. Bound-up and locked AWAY in a hole down in the basement.
For, most of us? IT happens around age two.
IT happens, the first time “right & wrong ” is impressed upon us. For, that is when... we... first gain The Knowledge of Good & Evil.
And, then… after that first bit of “Knowledge” (that first bite), IT extrapolates… throughout your entire way of thinking.
IT goes into overdrive as “ ‘what is to be considered “right” and what is to be considered... “wrong” ’ ” is universally impressed upon you... from every direction.
I get the idea that you think you grew a conscience when you joined “the Church” or when you simply go to church. No, my dear. That is, undeniably, when... IT... gets much worse. If you dive deep (becoming a “holy-roller”), that is when IT goes into super-drive. One’s personal, individual conscience goes hog-wild when IT merges with the collective Church-Conscience — oh, yes. The Church has a collective-conscience of its own... one that is mercilessly hammered upon you — sanctimoniously impressed into you (and into anyone who ever gets that close to IT). Led by ITS real Master, the collective-conscience of the Church covers-up ITS own Master’s name and total influence... with fairytales of “Original Sin” and “The Fall of Man.” So that, even as you read about IT, in Scripture, you will never recognize the Church’s actual slave-owning Master.
The Reality of the absolute Truth of ALL this is, of course, overwhelming (to say the least).
Yet, here is the most remarkable thing to consider. You didn’t have a conscience... at ALL... before you became 2. Now, did you?
{it happens to most of us no earlier than age 2 (unless, rarely, something horrible happened to you as an infant); and, usually no later than age 4 — in other Words, whenever IT was that we did “come-of-age”}
From the womb until somewhere around the age of 2, you still have your Factory Setting:
IT’S ALL GOOD.
Do you know how the Formed Church (and its students) refer to that “age,” whenever it is we tragically make that Diabolically-Inspired mental transition — meaning, the actual numerical age that anyone reaches... when a person “comes of age”?
They call IT… “The age of reason.”
Boy, isn’t that a crock. They should call IT... “The age of disreason.”
IT is this point in a person’s Life, where the “prime directive” (within one’s way of thinking) changes from “IT’S ALL GOOD”...to…
“IT’S NOT ALL GOOD.”
Your new and destructive prime directive.
Jesus would call this new and destructive prime directive, “an EVIL metanoeo.” An altered way of thinking... that leads to Death.
This hijacking — this destructive prime directive (with ITS fatal destination) — is run by a Master. The same Master that runs any and every “conscience.” Just as much of a master (if not more of one) as was the ol’ southern cotton plantation master. The Church won’t tell you ITS name, yet I will be more than happy to do so.
Master Knowledge of Good & Evil.
The Jesus Concept is PERFECTLY designed to flip-you-completely-back to your Factory Setting. To baptismo metanoeo you. (“To overwhelmingly change your mind”) back to your... “IT’S ALL GOOD” state of mind.
Yes, sir. Yes, mame. That is where you want to be.
And, what do you suppose Jesus calls… that?
“The Kingdom of Heaven.”
Out of ALL of the inspired writings ever known to man, the best illustration (regarding “the Kingdom of Heaven”) is found within the Gospel of Matthew. When a guy named Jesus of Nazareth picks up a little child (notice the distinction, specifically, Jesus takes a little child into his arms) and he tells the world (as we know IT):
Matthew 18:3 (Original Greek) “Then Jesus said, “Truly I say unto you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never get the Kingdom of Heaven.”
“Get” as in “understand.” “Get” as in “have.” Unless you “digress” ALL the way back to becoming like a little child (your Factory Setting once again set to: IT’S ALL GOOD) you will never understand the Kingdom of Heaven. Unless you become like a little child you will never have the Kingdom of Heaven. This illustration presents the Reality of the Kingdom of Heaven, and the exact “change of mind” that truly gets us there.
