What are these commandments?

and how do you know?

Matt 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

1 thes 4:2 For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.

As Jesus gave All the commandments one can include everything, but Jesus commanded in John15:17 Love one another.

Which just happens to sum up the commandments.

This is a list of the 1,050 commands found in the New Testament : https://www.abc.net.au/reslib/201407/r1308729_17984331.pdf

It is a good thing if a person desires to teach the Gospel of Christ, the Letters, even the Old Testament for the edification and helping in the spiritual building of others while here in this life.

There was someone who said - one of the best gifts one can give is the sacrifice for the spiritual uplifting of another.

Is there a list of these commandments?
You will find the commandments of Christ throughout the New Testament. It would be a rather long list. So what you should do is sit down with a notepad and carefully go through all 27 books of the NT. Everything taught by the apostles were commandments of Christ. And everything that Christ taught personally were His commandments also.

so you don’t really know what they are, how can you obey them if you have no way to know what they even are???

We're not children anymore. We don't need God to give us an exhaustive list of do's and don't's. Don't take my word for it. Jesus says as much. Trusting God and loving our fellow man -- if we do this then all else follows.

And one of the scribes came up and heard them disputing with one another, and seeing that he answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the most important of all?” Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:28-31)

There are many lists but the Jews sumerised them as Love the Lord your God with All your mind, body and soul and Love your neighbour as you love your self.

the Jews did? You mean God did in the greatest commandment Deut. 6

spiritual anarchy equals spiritual chaos

obedience is a Christian virtue

obedience to the apostles is obedience to Christ the king!

Bunches Faith. First and foremost it is written: It is Jehovah your God you must worship and to Him alone render sacred service Mat 4:10. Agree sir?

What do His sheep hear?

Who are His sheep and who are the strangers?

"To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers." John 10:3-5

"For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls." I Peter 2:25

Who is this Shepherd?

"I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep." John 10:11-15
