Moderna will ask FDA to approve its COVID vaccine for children SIX-MONTHS-OLD

Moderna is planning to submit an application to the FDA on Thursday for the authorization of its COVID-19 vaccine among kids ages six months to five years.

The Omicron variant was predominant during Moderna’s pediatric trial, and the drugmaker claims two doses were around 38% effective in preventing infections in 2 to 5-year-olds and 44% effective for children aged 6 months to 2 years.

Moderna gave children two quarter-sized vaccine doses for the study. Their shot is currently only available for adults aged 18 and up. Pfizer’s COVID shot is available to children as young as five, and is the only vaccine authorized for minors in the US.

Its request comes after drug company suggested two-doses of its vaccine provided a comparable protection in young children to that of adults.

A clinical trial of around 6,700 kids found two quarter doses of the COVID-19 shot in children aged 6 and under generated an immune response similar to that of young adults who also received two full shots.

Many parents remain wary of giving young children the vaccine. They’re at very low risk of a severe COVID infection, with 1,185 of America’s total 992,000 COVID deaths among children aged 0 to 18. COVID jabs also carry a very low risk of heart inflammation – particularly in boys and young men – which can in rare cases prove serious.

Video: Reporter Disproves US Media’s Claim Of Russian ‘Mass Grave’ War Crime

After seeing reports of an illegal “mass grave” outside Mariupol, Ukraine being photographed by a satellite, Canadian independent journalist Eva K. Bartlett went to the site to further investigate the claim.


An NBC headline posted Friday read, “Satellite imagery points to mass gravesite near besieged Mariupol.”

However, later in the article, NBC admitted the information was delivered by “Ukrainian officials” and that the satellite image shows “a possible mass gravesite.”

According to the Washington Post, “The Mariupol City Council said in a statement on Telegram that officials believe up to 9,000 civilians could be buried in the mass grave, where authorities said Russians forces ‘dug new trenches and filled them with corpses every day throughout April.’ The council added that it has information indicating the bodies were ‘buried in several layers.’”

The outlet went on to admit, “There was no immediate independent verification available of those claims.”

Mainstream media ran with the Ukrainian government’s word regardless of the fact that nobody verified the claims.

Mariupol’s Mayor Vadym Boichenko, who has since fled the city, used the alleged mass grave to paint Putin as a genocide-committing Nazi.

“The biggest war crime of the 21st century was committed in Mariupol,” he told his citizens. “This is the new Babyn Yar. Then, Hitler killed Jews, Roma, and Slavs. Now, Putin is destroying Ukrainians. We need to do everything we can to stop the genocide.”

Upon arriving at the location, Bartlett found no “mass grave” and was able to talk with the caretakers of the cemetery who confirmed every person at the site had their own coffin and their own hole in the ground.

RT journalist Roman Kosarev joined Bartlett on the investigative trip outside Mariupol on Saturday.

The pair found a massive cemetery with freshly dug individual gravesites and dozens of empty holes awaiting more deceased locals.

While Bartlett filmed the hundreds of graves, two men who work at the location arrived.

The men explained that there is one area for civilians to be buried and another area for Ukrainian soldiers to be buried.

There is a process for identifying and labeling those who are being put to rest at the cemetery as well.

“There is no mass grave or mass burials here,” one man told the camera.

Despite the mainstream media’s headlines telling Americans Russians engaged in a war crime by dumping thousands of dead Ukrainians in a massive pit being disproved, don’t expect any front-page headlines announcing a correction anytime soon.

German Lawmakers Vote Overwhelmingly To Send ‘Heavy & Complex Weapons’ To Ukraine

Merely a week ago German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock claimed that the country’s armed forces have said it “can no longer supply weapons from its own reserves” to Ukraine.

But with Berlin coming under immense pressure from NATO allies, particularly the United States, after Chancellor Olaf Scholz voiced fears of sparking a WW3 nuclear showdown scenario with Russia, Germany’s tune quickly changed.

On Thursday lawmakers in the Bundestag, Germany’s lower house of parliament, voted overwhelmingly to approve sending “heavy weapons and complex machinery” to Ukraine. According to national media it passed with 586 votes in favor, 100 against, and seven abstentions.

The bulk of those voting “no” included the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, citing that the move feels close to a “declaration of war”. Senior AfD lawmaker Tino Chrupalla spelled out that it “could make us party to a nuclear war.”

Though this view is now being dismissed as merely excuse-making by the “far-right”, Chancellor Scholz himself said the same thing in a Spiegel interview published last Friday…

“We need to do everything to avoid a direct military confrontation between NATO and a heavily armed superpower such as Russia, a nuclear power,” the chancellor said at the time. “I will do everything to avoid an escalation that could lead to World War III – there can be no nuclear war.”

It was only days after this interview that Berlin signaled a complete reversal, with the German Ministry of Defense announcing Tuesday that delivery of Gepard anti-aircraft tanks to Ukraine had been approved. However, it could take up to a year or more for Ukrainian forces to be properly trained in the effective deployment and use of the Gepard systems.

Thursday’s vote represents what appears to be Berlin’s new commitment to a policy of ‘open-ended’ arming of Ukraine – much like the United States of late. Deutsche Welle details the types of weaponry and assistance that Ukraine can expect to receive based on Thursday’s Bundestag vote:


In addition to heavy weapons, such as anti-aircraft systems and armored vehicles, the measure passed by German MPs included provisions for sending heavier equipment to eastern NATO allies as well.

Military aid should continue and accelerate wherever possible, according to the proposal backed by the ruling coalition and the biggest opposition party, the conservative Christian Democrats (CDU).

Germany will also deploy more soldiers to boost NATO presence in eastern Europe, and encourage Russian soldiers to lay down their arms and seek asylum in Germany and the EU.

Additionally, the measure foresees an appeal to China for it to “abandon its acceptance of war” and actively support a truce.

But as for calling on China to “actively support a truce” – we wonder the degree to which this is also the active stance of NATO countries at this point, who seem to be rushing headlong toward escalation given the now constant ramping up of weapons shipments to Kiev.

In a Wednesday interview, Unanue told Fox Business’s Maria Bartiromo, “Americans will have to tighten their belts and consume less,” in response to her question about a potential food shortage crisis.

Bartiromo then asked a series of questions, such as “Do you think things will get worse?” and “Do you think food prices will go even higher later this year?”

He warned about an imbalance in world food production, indicating “farmers are paying double for fertilizer, they’re planting less and yields will be less.”

Unanue then spoke about “30% of the global wheat production in Ukraine goes unplanted.” He said the “global food supply chain is a very tight balance. If we interrupt the food production, we will have a food crisis that will send prices through the roof.”

He went on to say, “as a rich country, we can afford higher-priced food, but other countries won’t be able to bear it,”suggesting the US will be the last affected.

To the Unanue’s point, the dominos are already beginning to fall as inflation riots have already sparked socio-economic turmoil in Sir Lanka and Peru. Countries across Africa and the Middle East, many of which are importers of food, are experiencing soaring prices and imminent shortages.

Unanue’s interview is more proof the world’s agricultural system is fracturing and storm clouds are gathering.

US training Ukrainian troops in Europe – Pentagon

Ukrainian military personnel are receiving American training in Europe amid the conflict with Russia, Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby has revealed.

“I can announce that the United States has commenced training with the Ukrainian Armed Forces on key systems at US military installations in Germany,” Kirby said during a briefing on Friday.

As part of the program, coordinated with Berlin, the Ukrainian troops are learning to operate artillery, radars and armored vehicles.

“This new training effort in Germany and at other locations in Europe is in direct support of recent US security assistance packages that are designed to help Ukraine win their battles today and build strength for tomorrow,” the spokesman said, noting that the US has committed $4.3 billion to the Ukrainian military since 2021.

Kirby stressed that the Pentagon has no plans to send its instructors into Ukraine. “The training that we’ll do will be outside of” the country, he said.

But the possibility of servicemen inside Ukraine receiving American training “virtually” is being explored, he added.

US ally Britain is also helping Ukraine’s troops to improve their combat skills, with UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announcing last week that “we are currently training Ukrainians in Poland in the use of anti-aircraft defense, and actually in the UK in the use of armored vehicles.”

The statement drew condemnation from retired Polish General Waldemar Skrzypczak, who accused Johnson of revealing military secrets and advised him to think before speaking.

Russia sent troops into Ukraine on February 24, following Kiev’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, first signed in 2014, and Moscow’s eventual recognition of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. Unvaccinated Canadians face some of the harshest discrimination in the world for their personal medical choice to refuse the experimental COVID-19 shot.

If you’re an unvaccinated Canadian, it’s nearly impossible to board airplanes, trains, or cruise ships.

If you’re 12 years of age plus 4 months, or older, you’ll need to be fully vaccinated in order to board:

• domestic or international flights departing from most airports in Canada, including charter and foreign airlines carrying commercial passengers
  • Medevac flights are excluded, regardless of where they depart or land
  • Private flights that don’t require access to airports with a vaccination requirement are excluded
• VIA Rail, AMTRAK, White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad (WP&YR), and Rocky Mountaineer trains

COVID-19 tests: if you qualify as fully vaccinated, a COVID-19 test result is not needed to board a flight or train in Canada unless you’re flying to a country that requires it.


If you’re unvaccinated, you must provide a valid COVID-19 test result if you were given an exemption:

• from your carrier or
• through the National Interest Exemption Program (NIEP)

If you don’t provide proof of vaccination (or valid COVID-19 test result if you have an exemption), you won’t be able to travel. You could face penalties or fines if you provide false, misleading information, or evidence about:

• your proof of vaccination or
• a COVID-19 test result

Vaccination is required for travel within and to depart Canada. A valid COVID-19 molecular test result will no longer be accepted as an alternative to vaccination unless you’re eligible for one of the limited exemptions.

This strict mandate for unvaccinated Canadians is scheduled for three years, according to the 2021 Economic and Fiscal Update.

The Canadian government allocated $37.4 million over three years to Transport Canada.

Vaccine mandates and proof of vaccination credentials protect our families, our workplaces, and our
communities. They give us the confidence to have a meal at a restaurant, attend community events, and even begin to safely travel in accordance with public health guidelines. Vaccine requirements have helped increase vaccination rates across Canada, which is keeping more people safe. Vaccine mandates are helping businesses safely reopen and recover, which helps create jobs, increase workers’ hours and wages, and grow the middle class.

To protect the safety of travellers and workers, the government took action to put in place a requirement that:

• All travellers now departing from Canadian airports, on VIA Rail and Rocky Mountaineer trains, or on cruise
ships (or non-essential passenger vessels on voyages of 24 hours or more) must be fully vaccinated, with
very limited exceptions.

• All employers in the federally regulated air, rail and marine transportation sectors must establish vaccination policies that ensure employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The government proposes to provide $37.4 million over three years, starting in 2021-22, to Transport
Canada to support the implementation and oversight of this vaccine mandate for federally regulated air, rail, and marine employees and passengers.

Even unvaccinated Australians can now depart their country without requesting a travel exemption.


Canada is arguably now the world’s most discriminatory nation against unvaccinated citizens.
