Humans are now “hackable animals” according to an advisor of Klaus Schwab, who issued the chilling warning that humans no longer possess “free will” and are set to be “re-engineered” by Bill Gates.

Jewish Dr. Yuval Noah Harari, an official WEF contributor, was recorded delivering a speech in which he explains what Klaus Schwab means when he says “it’s you who are changed.”

According to Dr. Harari, Schwab is referring to humanity and the sudden evolution that the elites have in store for the rest of us. “In the past, many tyrants and governments wanted to [hack millions of people], but nobody understood biology well enough,” Harari says at the start of the video.

“And nobody had enough computing power and data to hack millions of people. Neither the Gestapo nor the KGB could do it. But soon, at least some corporations and governments will be able to systematically hack all the people,” he goes on to say, before dropping a chilling threat:

“We humans should get used to the idea that we are no longer mysterious souls. We are now hackable animals.”

But Dr. Harari says this merger of human life with technology will not benefit the average man or woman so that he or she may improve his or her own future, but that a handful of “elites” will not only “build digital dictatorships” for themselves but “gain the power to re-engineer the future of life itself. Because once you can hack something, you can usually also engineer it.”

DARPA is launching a new research program that analyzes preconscious brain signals to determine if someone believes something is true or not, just as historian Dr. Yuval Noah Harari warned about hacking humans at the WEF annual meeting in 2020.

Under the premise of identifying people at risk of depression and suicide, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has launched the Neural Evidence Aggregation Tool (NEAT) program, which focuses on “aggregating preconscious brain signals to determine what someone believes to be true.”

While mental health among soldiers is a serious issue for the Department of Defense, applications coming out of the NEAT program have the very real potential to give governments and corporations the ability to hack human beings at the preconscious level.

Speaking to the unelected globalists at the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting in Davos in 2020, Harari warned that humans were no longer mysterious souls, but rather hackable animals that could be monitored and controlled by public and private entities in horrendous ways.

Now, DARPA is looking to develop a novel cognitive science tool that enlists machine learning and “physiological sensors” to detect what someone believes to be true.

If this technology ever makes it way into the general population through the Internet of Bodies (IoB) ecosystem of inter-connected devices that can be worn, swallowed, or implanted — then Harari’s dystopian scenario could prove truly prophetic.

The proverbial “they” would know your reaction to what the authorities were saying, know if you believed them or not, and could take action against you.

• Presenting carefully crafted stimuli that are designed to evoke specific preconscious mental processes.
• Detecting the resulting preconscious processes using current physiological sensors combined with state-of-the-art signal processing and neural analytics.
• Using advances in machine learning and data science to aggregate the preconscious responses collected across a set of stimuli into a final measurement that quantifies what a person believes to be true for a specific topic.

According to Harari, “To hack human beings you need a lot of biological knowledge, a lot of computing power, and especially a lot of data.

With the NEAT program, DARPA can back up what Harari said about the power to hack humans being used for good — like providing better (mental) healthcare — but this also risks, as Harari says, creating a 21st Century Stalin.

The RAND Corporation arrived at the same conclusion in its 2020 report on the Internet of Bodies.

According to the report, the IoB “might trigger breakthroughs in medical knowledge […] Or it might enable a surveillance state of unprecedented intrusion and consequence.”

The IoB is emerging from the so-called fourth industrial revolution, which WEF founder Klaus Schwab says will lead to the fusion of our physical, biological, and digital identities — transhumanism.

Ukrainian Police Said They Conducted “Clearing Op” in Bucha a Day Before Dead Body Videos Emerged

Ukrainian police posted on Facebook that they had conducted a “clearing op” in Bucha the day before videos emerged showing dead bodies scattered around the settlement, as the war of words over the alleged “war crime” continues.

NATO powers and pro-Ukraine commentators have seized upon the alleged atrocity in a bid to escalate the war, with MSNBC hosts and guests even asserting that it justifies directly attacking Russia and putting American boots on the ground in Ukraine.

MSNBC host Ali Velshi demanded “direct military involvement,” something that would almost inevitably kick off World War III, in response to the alleged incident.

Moscow has vehemently denied involvement, claiming Ukraine shelled the city after Russian troops had already withdrawn.

The only evidence offered so far pointing to Russian responsibility is the claims of Ukrainian authorities, with are being breathlessly amplified by the mainstream media without an ounce of skepticism.

Margaret Brennan of CBS admitted that Ukrainian President Zelensky’s team had “handed” her the videos and they were broadcast, as journalist Michael Tracey wrote, with “zero independent corroboration.”

Another report asserts that Ukrainian national police posted on Facebook how they had conducted a “clearing operation” in Bucha before the alleged atrocities occurred accompanied by a video of their men walking around the town.

“Today, on 2 April, in the liberated city of Bucha, Kiev region, special units of the Ukrainian National Police began clearing the area of saboteurs and accomplices of Russian troops,” the Facebook post said.

As ever, with propaganda on both sides, it is virtually impossible to know what happened in Bucha, but to claim it’s an open and shut case of “war crimes” as the western media proclaims without any independent evidence is clearly ludicrous.

Russia Will Demand a UNSC Meeting Over Situation in Bucha After UK's Refusal

The Russian Defence Ministry earlier rejected accusations by Ukraine of killing civilians in the city of Bucha in the Kiev region. The ministry stressed that the photos of alleged victims were staged by Kiev to spread them in the Western media.
Russia will once again request to hold a UN Security Council meeting on the matter of the Ukrainian city of Bucha after a previous request did not receive approval from the UK – another permanent member of the council, the Russian Foreign Ministry has stated.

"Yesterday […] the British presidency of the UN Security Council did not agree to a meeting of the Security Council on the situation in Bucha. Russia today will again demand the convening of the UN Security Council in connection with the criminal provocations by the Ukrainian military and radicals in this city", Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

Moscow originally requested the UNSC meeting to be held on 4 April. Russia wanted to devote the meeting to discussions about the Ukrainian "provocation" in the city of Bucha in the Kiev region and a new "crime by the Kiev regime" – the disruption of peace talks and escalation of violence, Zakharova said.

The Russian Defence Ministry earlier slammed photos and video footage allegedly showing the bodies of civilians scattered around the streets of Bucha as staged by Ukrainian authorities to spread them in the Western media and accuse Russian troops of killing them. The Defence Ministry pointed out that Russian forces left the city on 30 March and that the town's mayor reported no bodies on the streets when he confirmed their departure the next day.

The Russian ministry additionally noted that Bucha's residents had access to cell networks throughout the Russian Army's stay there. The footage and the photos only emerged four days later, when the Ukrainian Security Service and the media arrived in Bucha, the ministry's statement said.

Ukraine previously accused Russian troops of killing civilians in Bucha using the footage, allegedly shot on one of the city's streets and purportedly showing the bodies of some of the victims as evidence of a crime. Several countries in the West, the UK included, rushed to accuse Russia despite the inconsistencies in Kiev's reporting and lack of a thorough investigation of the alleged incident.

The Russian Defence Ministry stressed that no residents of Bucha were harmed by Russian servicemen while they were there. The ministry's statement also noted that the residents of the city were allowed to leave via humanitarian corridors and that the southern portion of the town was routinely shelled by Ukrainian forces.

Russian forces, carrying out the nation's special military operation in Ukraine since 24 February, withdrew from Bucha on 30 March as part of de-escalation steps voluntarily undertaken by Moscow to facilitate peace negotiations with Ukraine. The head of the Russian diplomatic delegation noted that the Kremlin is aware that certain decision-makers reside in Kiev and hence chose to significantly reduce Russian military operations in the direction of Kiev.

I remember my dad was looking at buying a cheap block on a land that floods near a water way that could flood badly, I remember the house was going to be built on 12ft high stumps and back in them days it rained a lot and a go lot of land around the place was flooded in say 1ft of water and I would drive through such for miles, well that was the 70's 80's but now people have built houses over most of all that land now.

I have not lived their for 35 years, I remember back in 1990 say and driving by a spot with a old mate who lives their his whole life and he said They are going to build houses in that swamp land their ! we both laughed that no one could be so stupid ! we could not even ride our dirt bikes through that swampy rubbish and it flooded easy 2ft high or so on the road. no one could be so stupid ! but I would think some in Government powers went and bought the land real cheap and pushed it through and made a fortune ! not to mention I know for a fact that they play games with others who own land zoning their land as they please, and sit back to pounce on snapping it up cheap and then re zone it. That lot play their cards real well on such issues for themselves. but as for the rate payers money, the value for money is a different story with complete lack of regard. Boss Hog comes to mind.
