New Jerusalem is Above and the Mother of us all who believe on His Word = Sola Scriptura
The New Birth is Spiritual and begins in Heaven above then transcends by the Holy Spirit to our hearts as we receive the Seed of Christ = His Word.
By Faith, in His Word, we are Born Again = not of works lest any man should boast.

You must be speaking of the Acts 2:38 church of the 3000 at Pentecost, not the Roman Catholic church.
Jn 3:5 says water and spirit not faith
Mk 16:16 acts 8:36-38 says faith and baptism

Here is someone that also believes in Col 2:9, which means every bit of what God consists of is inside Jesus' omnipresent human body.
And Acts 2:38 says baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of our sins.
@David in NJ I do like that phrase 'sola Scriptura'....
Are you really saying that all the people who are born again and love Jesus but aren't part of your church will be ignored by God?
