I always give my own explanations with scripture
Esther interceded with the king to save her people
Old Testament type or example provided by God for our instruction!

Esther merits the graces of the king for the people. Est
Mary merits the graces we need but don’t deserve. Lk 1:30
Mother is the mother of our savior and our salvation! Lk 2:30 matt 1:21
They prayed to Esther to intercede for them before the king. As Mary intercedes for Christians before God.

Mary receives half the kingdom, Christ retains the kingdom of justice as just judge and Mary is the queen of grace & mercy! Hence the throne of grace is Mary’s throne! Heb 4:16
Depicted in genesis as the greater light that rules the day (those living in God’s will) and the lesser light that governs the night (those living in sin) Mary the mother of mercy and refuge of sinners!
Notice the sun is the source of all good and moon only reflects this goodness!

I'll say this for you @theefaith you are persistent - a shame it's just not true. People are the Church, we are the living stones and where two or three are gathered in His name He is there with us. Church is not buildings or ornate vestments or candles or incense or candles. Church is the people of God who have come to Jesus of their own free will after recognising that they were sinners who needed a Saviour. That is the only true Church whatever your priests tell you - they lie because they don't know any different because these lies have been perpetuated down the generations until nobody can see the truth any longer. and you are deceived into believing these lies.
Esther did indeed intercede with the king, even putting herself in danger to do so, but she isn't a 'type' of Mary. Mary is unique among women because she was chosen to bear God's Son. A young girl maybe just into puberty, but like other young girls of her age. She was not as your church teaches born sinless - only one person was ever born sinless and that was Jesus.
Your church really does clutch at straws in defending its beliefs.
It says baptised with the Holy Spirit. This truth is part of the full gospel. The Holy spirit is our power pack, we can do nothing without him. He is our helper and our fuel source.
But what you and your priests consider to be 'Christian baptism' is in fact not. I have had a true Christian baptism along with my husband. And we also were given the privilege of baptising a friend after she came to Jesus. Ask God to open your eyes @theefaith - you have been blinkered, you have been bound by your church. You need to think about what has been said to you.

Mary is not omnipresent and omniscient. only God is.. Those are attributes of God are God's alone. It is blasphemy to put her on the same level of God. If God can hear you , there would be no need for Mary to.

The only reference in scripture to “faith alone” is James 2:24 NOT BY “FAITH ALONE”?

Since I am Converted, (and still living in my physical body), my spiritual connection is with OTHER Converted persons (still living in their physical body)... I can freely speak with them about Spiritual things, and visa versa, and BE in the same Spiritual Understanding.
ANY living earthly Converted saint, can BE “AS A” mother, brother, sister to me.
My heavenly Spiritual connection is with my Heavenly Father, the Lord God Almighty...I can freely speak with Him about Anything, Anytime, Anyplace.
We are never taught to “call on the Heavenly saints”, for anything!
Call ON, pray FOR ................earthly saints (Converted)...yes.
Call ON, pray FOR, pray TO....heavenly saints (Converted)...no.
