God does not call you up on the Phone!
Men are CALLED to come HEAR the WORD of GOD!

Never seen a Marquee sitting in front of a Church building?
It’s an INVITATION to COME AND HEAR the WORD of GOD!

Never had a friend INVITE you to Church?
It’s an INVITATION to COME and HEAR the WORD OF GOD!

Why the INVITATIONS?
So a man CAN HEAR GODS WORD, which IS GOD CALLING MEN!

Never Learned, Once a man ANSWERS Gods Calling, the man IS HEARING Gods WORD?

Never Learned, BY HEARING Gods Word, God Word is an OFFERING for men to Become SAVED........WHILE ALIVE IN THEIR FLESH?

Never Learned, men WHO ACCEPT GODS OFFERING.......THEN CALL on the Lord NAME, and CONFESS, TESTIFY, GIVE THEIR CONSENT, BY THEIR OWN WORD, to ACCEPT the Lord Gods OFFERING?

Never Learned, a man WHO IS ACCEPTING Gods OFFERING.....
IS: “choosing, agreeing, selections, submitting”....which ALL MEANS....
ELECTING the Lord God Almighty.....once and forever.....ONLY HE...
TO FOREVER....BE THEIR GOD ?

Rubbish?
Good grief, be still your mouth!

1 Thes 1:
[4] Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

Never Learned...or Understood the meaning of 1 Thes 1:4 ?

* Precisely......applicable to a man ... WHO CHOSE to answer Gods calling.
* Precisely......applicable to a man ... WHO CALLED ON GOD, in his own testimony and word, that man CHOOSES ONLY the Lord God Almighty to Forever BE THAT MANS God.
* Precisely.....the Apostles teaching ... KNOW THIS: that man IS: NOW...
~ A Brethren of all others whose ONLY God, is the Lord God Almighty.
~ All Brethren are beloved of All who are Brethren, all having ONLY one God.......the Lord God Almighty.

DID you not learn what a commitment is?
A commitment is an AGREEMENT, between TWO.
* God offers grounds, the contract, what can be agreed on.
* God being the author of the contract, already agrees with the contract.
* It is men who have to decided to agree, and accept the contract...or not.
* Once a man agrees...
* the Contract is SEALED in agreement...An Agreement...
BETWEEN......God and one man.
BETWEEN..... One man and God.
And the agreement IS KEPT FOREVER VALID...BY THE POWER OF GOD!
This is the evangelist like John the Baptist. God's call goes out across the nations, and some who hear the call respond and turn to God. But the call is for everyone and those who believe and respond are the elect. God knows who they will be from the foundation of the world, but He rejects no one, all are welcome.

The way people talk about election is like the coach of a basketball team, saying you can be on the team, but to another the coach says, you cannot. God does not elect people like that, All are wecome to join with God's heavenly team and all will be blessed by Him.

I was given this as an explanation along time ago. And I think it fits, I hope I can remember it all

Its a story about a son, who hated his father, his father wanted his life to mean something, so he kept asking his child to do things, and would punish him when his child sinned against him, so he left. He traveled to the other side of the country, and lived the way he wanted to live, apart from his fathers blessings, he went out on his own.

About 20 years later, a man knocked on his door. It was a lawyer. he was told his father had passed away, but his father left his inheritance to his son. You see, even though the son left, he never stopped being the fathers son, The fathers love could not be broken. He made a promise, and on his character and his love, he kept that promise. No matter what the son did.

The son never doubted his fathers love again.

I believe when we get to heaven we will hear af many stories like this, all these prodigal children who left. And died before they returned (like I did) and yet when it comes to ressurection day. They are told they still have their fathers inheritance, Because it was not based on them that the father gave it to them to begin with, it was based on his love, His blood and his family

A father who is truly loving does not leave his child. he will let him walk away in free will and turn out on his own, and suffer all that he will suffer for doing that (i know of that suffering personally) But he will never go back on his promise.
True. God bless you.

Yes. Do not be confused by the word “election” in scripture.
Election simply means MAKING A CHOICE.

God gives an invitation to ALL men, by, through, of.......His Word.
Men mimic God and gives any men invitations, to Hear Gods Word.

THAT IS THE CALLING of God to ALL men....all are welcome to HEAR.
THAT IS THE CALLING of men to ANY men...all are welcome to HEAR.

Not all men will CHOOSE (elect) to Hear.
Men who choose (elect) to Hear, are becoming “enlightened”.
Enlightened men....are trying out, tasting, the Word of God.
Enlightened men....begin receiving BLESSING from God.
Enlightened men...who ARE TASTING, ENJOYING the blessing from God...
.......CAN Continue...
.......CAN STOP.

Those that Continue....CAN call on the Lord...and declare their BELIEF IN HIM the Lord God Almighty, as their GOD........that is their choosing (ELECTION)...

Once man does THAT ^....that man IS ALSO “elected” (chosen) by God...
To BE.......Gods “ELECT”...ie Gods Chosen....they exclusively BELONG TO...
The Lord God Almighty.......(and are KEPT by the Power of the Lord God Almighty)......that NOTHING CAN remove that man from being WITH the Lord God almighty..........

WHICH IS THE PRECISE BASIS and MEANING OF:
ONCE Saved, Always Saved.

Please exegete a verse you posted:

2 Timothy 2:11-13

Apparently you seem to misunderstand it.

Apostle John is addressing believers that thinks sins is no longer sin to them for why he reproves them by pointing out how Jesus walked in the light in 1 John 1:3-10

So when the lust of the flesh the lust of the eye, and the pride of life causes some to love the world and not have the love of the Father in them, one can see that as them departing out from us in that way too and not just by false prophets. 1 John 2:14-29

There are two folds of sheep; the ones that follow His voice and those who followed the stranger's voice, those sheep that went astray ( John 10:1-5 ), but the Lord will get those lost sheep even after excommunication by the church ( Matthew 18:10-17 ) and at the rapture event when He denies them at the rapture event because unrepentant carnal believers & even former believers are still His for why He still abides ( 2 Timothy 2:11-13 )

Those sheep He "must" bring that are not of the fold that followed His voice hence the stranger's voice, His sheep that went astray ( John 10:14-16 ) because He will lose none of all the Father has given Him ( John 6:37-40 )

Do note how former believers are still called to depart from iniquity in 2 Timothy 2:18-21 so as to be accepted by Him ( 2 Corinthians 5:7-11 ) as a vessel unto honor in His House rather than disqualified and left behind as denied by the Bridegroom to attend the Marriage Supper in Heaven but as that vessel unto dishonor ( vessels of wood & earth ) but still in His House.

Even though they deny it.

Its crazy how we as humans deny the very things we do. When it is obvious to everyone looking..

I think it helps to hurt our reputation

This is a dangerous teaching.
And some sons do lose their inheritance.
Analogies fall short.
We should listen to what Jesus said regarding the Prodigal Son.
Luke 15:24

The son was lost and had been saved AGAIN,
Whe he Returned Home.

The son was saved, lost, saved Again.

Hear Jesus' teaching over a man-made analogy that does not teach what Jesus taught.

The son was still the son

He was lost (he was in the world and lost the access to his fathers blessing)

And he was saved again (he returned and again had acces to his fathers blessings.

But he was still the son.

Our salvation is based on Gods promise, not our ability, not on our work, and not on anything we can offer God. We can only offer God filthy rags.

God offers us eternal life. And he stated clearly. Whoever eats that bread will never die.

We can tell a person they will never die, if there is a chance they will die, that makes us a liar.

If God says a person will never die, and they end up dieing, God himself is a liar.

Titus 1:2
in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,

My faith is based on this hope. If I do not have this hope. I can claim my faith is strong all I want, I am deceived.

My justification is also based on this hope

Titus 3:7
that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal

It is the promise that God has given it to us

1 John 2:25
And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life

I have the testimony, that God has given me that life

1 John 5:11
And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son

And my continiued faith is based on the fact, I KNOW I have eternal life

1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God

I have a God who made a promise, I have a God who can not lie, I have a God who keeps his promise. And I have a God who made this promise before time began, It can;t be broken, not be me or by anyone else. it is Gods character which is at stake. Not mine.

Agree, men are CALLED.

But few are chosen to attend the Marriage Supper in Heaven when the Bridegroom comes.

* Some men hear, believe, and CALL ON THE LORD, accepting His gift of salvation RIGHT THEN, and ARE SAVED, right then.

And since then as always Spirit-filled since salvation is a testimony from God that they are saved; Matthew 9:17 Hence the called.

* Some men hear, continuing hearing, believe, but NEVER Call ON the Lord, to become SAVED, while alive in their flesh.
THEY... continue hearing, believe, (endure) to the day of their physical death....and THEN become SAVED.

Maybe if you give an example for clarity but this statement above as I Think I understand it, does not align with scripture below.

Acts 10:43-48 has Gentile believers having received the promise of the Holy Ghost after "hearing the word ( thus believing for how they had received the remission of sins ) without coming forward, without confessing with their mouths, without calling on the Lord, or getting water baptized first.

It was believing was how they were saved and it does align with what Jesus said in John 3:16-18 & even earlier in John 1:12-13

* Some men hear, believe, continue, then stop believing, and SHALL NOT become Saved at their physical death.

But even though former believers deny Him for why He will deny them at the rapture event, He still abides for how He is faithful regardless. 2 Timothy 2:11-13 This is why we are to seek their good in the Lord 2 Timothy 2:10 to seek to be that vessel unto honor in His House which is the eternal glory that comes with our salvation in Christ Jesus by calling them & carnal saints to repent before the Bridegroom comes 2 Timothy 2:18-21 & 2 Corinthians 5:7-11 & Luke 12:40-49 & Revelation 2:18-25

Thank you for replying.

Disagree.
A believing and following man, that IS NOT SAVED, (has not become converted)......Believes and CONTINUES TO SIN....and continually asks for forgiveness.

Do you base discipleship or running that race as the means for obtaining salvation? If so, then how can anyone say Jesus is our Savior in sharing the Good News? I am asking for clarity to understand your position on the issue.

A SAVED man (WHO HAS BECOME CONVERTED), His SINS are Forgiven......he sins NO MORE.
(And before you wonder if that means...sinless...or without sin...I am saying no such thing......I am expressly saying....HIS SINS ARE FORGIVEN and Covered........and thereafter he can not SIN.......ANY MORE.....).

Clarity is needed again. Can you give an example between the two?

The apostle John was addressing believers that believed that sin was no longer sin to them which was the reason why the apostle John was correcting them by comparing their walk with Jesus in how He did not walk in darkness, but in the light. 1 John 1:3-10

So that is why I was asking for clarification regarding that last quote.

Yes, the prodigal son was not saved before leaving his father. He was not saved, lost, then saved again. He was lost then saved. Once.

@Cooper

That is not the message I got. The prodigal son lost his first inheritance to wild living. He never got it back. It is gone, but he is still son.

The father was out in the field asking his son to come in even though the loyal elder son was upset over the celebration of his prodigal brother's return, but the father assured him that all that he has, was his, which is indicative that it is not the same for the prodigal son.

There are vessels unto honor in His House, gold & silver, hat departs from iniquity with His help and vessels unto dishonor in His House, wood & earth that did not depart from iniquity. The vessels unto dishonor are the least in the kingdom of heaven ( Matthew 5:19 ) which testifies how that prodigal son is still saved because he is still son; that seal of adoption is not going anywhere per Ephesians 4:30 but one can miss out on the firstfruits of the resurrection which occurs when the Bridegroom comes at the rapture event to judge His House first. 1 Peter 4:17 & 2 Corinthians 5:7-11

My friend, In the small segment of 1 John I wrote about. John tells us who he is talking about

22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

These people were

1. They were part of the ministry and had fellowship with the church as in they were with them
2. They left the church
3. In leaving, they now deny Jesus, which by defenition makes them an unbeliever.

No. That makes them former believers. Unbelievers are those whom had never believed in Him. Big difference.

It does not matter what group you are in, gnostic, jew, catholic, etc etc.., if this happens, John says you are an antichrist, and you were never a true part of the church, if you were a true part of the church you never would have left denying christ

#1. Antichrist means "instead of Christ" rather than "against" Christ for how saved believers go astray. John refers antichrist as that which leads saved believers astray. John was not assigning believers as the antichrist, but what seduce and cause the believers to go astray as in "instead of Christ".

#2. 2 Timothy 2:11-13 testifies that even though former believers deny Him, and He will deny them, in verse 12, but even if they believe not any more, He still abides because He is faithful verse 13. It is verse 13 that you need to address as I see it as opposing what you say.

Many leave the church but do not deny christ, this particular group are those who leave and are not claiming to be a non believer, they have in effect given God the finger and says I deny you..

Whether former believes or carnal believers, we are still to call them to depart from iniquity so they too can be accepted by Him as that vessel unto honor in His House ( 2 Corinthians 5:7-11 ). Paul gave an example of former believers in 2 Timothy 2:18 but "nevertheless" because of that foundation laid by Jesus Chris & that seal of adoption, which is not going anywhere, they are still called along with other saints to depart from iniquity or be disqualified & thus denied by Him for being in iniquity still ( Titus 1:16 ) This is why there are vessels unto dishonor in His House, in 2 Timothy 2:18-21 That is why the least in the kingdom of heaven are still in the kingdom of heaven Matthew 5:19 because of OSAS. John 6:37-40

He was born of the flesh.

The parable does not go into being born again of the spirit, for it was told to the house of Israel who were not to be born again, but to be a part of the second resurrection...they are the first who are last.
Still do not understand.

He was the son, He left. He was still the son

When he returned, he was still the son.

The parable is about two things

The son who leaves still is the fathers son

The pride of the son who stayed and his anger against the fathers love for the son who left. Which never faded.

I was a prodigal son, I left. And for 5 years. i suffered as the prodigal son did. When I came back, like him, I did not think i was worthy, I hid in the back, I was afraid of what God would think, but in the end, I felt just like the son, God never left me, I left him, I was still his son throughout it all.

Even demons believe yet tremble

The believed, they NEVER had saving faith.

Why do you keep ignoring the words of John? He says they deny christ. That is who they are, and what they have done, they have departed from us, and now have denied Christ.

When you deny christ, you are apposed to him, you are against him, you deny him. You are an unbeliever.

An unbeliever is not the same as a carnal believer

A carnal believer is still in faith, he is just serving self. As in the prodigal son

An unbeliever has denied Christ, His issue is more than just sin, although he will be seen by his sinfulness, because he lives as the world does.

A carnal believer is still saved,’

A non believer has never been saved
