@heartwashed you see.. the whole idea of Jesus being the second person of God is that Jesus is God Himself. Hence "God the Son" God as the Son... God became Flesh.. The Word Became Flesh... not one place in scripture does it ever say "God the Son" it does, however, say "God the Father"....

I have already explained your trinity doctrine, having taught it myself for many years... So there is nothing you can quote from scripture or elsewhere, that will ever show How Jesus being God Himself, God the Son or The Word being made Flesh that he will ever tell a lie...

God is not lying when He says that He came to do not His own will but the will of Him who sent Him.

why are you contradicting yourself???.... Are you saying that "God Himself" in the Flesh has a different will than God Himself???

Remember Jesus was God Himself, God in the Flesh.. so by your very statement you are saying that God Himself lied when he said he did not come to do his own will but actually did his own will...

I do find it interesting that you say that he is God Himself yet not God Himself... very interesting in deed... but it still doesn't answer the question...

No matter how you spin it to try and make sense out of your lies, God is God no matter if you claim him to be Flesh or Spirit...

Remember "God for God and true God from true God" are there two Gods or just one God in two people there???

Contrary to what they are sayin.. I have studied the Trinity Doctrine and taught it for a very long time until I asked this one simple question...

"Whose will did God Himself come down from heaven to do, if not his own?"

Then it all made sense and that is why not one single Trinitarian on this planet can answer it without refuting their own doctrine....

Oh they will run you down a boat load of theories on how Jesus Could be God Himself but they will never be to explain how God Himself would tell a lie...

The standard Jewish Bible is the MT...Masoretic text. The most complete being the Aleppo scroll. All Jewish Bibles have the same text. The only real differences come from the DSS (Dead Sea Scrolls) which indeed show some deviations.

The standard is not a Christian one but a Jewish one.

Also there is no way in Hebrew to say..."My Yahweh." Yahweh is a family name for the duality that is the Father and the Son. Jesus came to us in His Father's name. The Lord said to my Lord...may sound a certain way in translation...but it should say maybe "Yahweh said to my Lord..."

Maybe the apostle said it as best a limited human mind can say it when he blurted out - my Lord and my God!

Here is the Thing... you still have to answer "Whose will did God Himself come down from heave to do, if not his own?"

And so you know that if you went by the Trinity Doctrine, God is the Father and yet Jesus says "Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God." Clearly separating the person of God "God the Father" form "God Himself." .... that is if you believe the Trinity Doctrine and the way they like to spin it...

as for Thomas he wasn't calling Jesus God at all... if he were calling Jesus God then he would have believed God Himself to be a liar...

Okay, so then our translations are all corrupted, right? I mean, we have all gone after Him and worshiped Him because we read the translated word “worship” in so many places. So it’s more than just a not so good translation choice. It has men worshiping someone other than God when they should be honoring but not worshiping. So it’s dangerous and corrupt and a great delusion being worked in our translations, right? Isn’t your goal to try to save men from the insidious delusion that Jesus is worthy of all worship?
