Catholics were hiding if for 1500 yrs, as the "DARK ages".. = NO LIGHT.....NO TRUTH.

And then Calvin came along and he's the next Hyper Dark Demonic Theology that followed the "cult of Mary".

Of course it’s written,but, you need to know that the Bible is Gods truth in your heat/spirit.

So I ask again by whose witness?

You don’t seem to understand the Living spirit birth, .that can only come to you by divine heart revelation.

Which in time I’m sure God will reveal it to you, as he did me, it all takes time and it’s all in God’s timing.

Sister....you were talking about being born of imperishable seed.....and you seem to think that imperishable seed means it is impossible for someone to lose their salvation. I was trying to point out with scripture, that Christ is that imperishable seed that we are born of. And that it is "possible" for Him to depart a soul. The scriptures I have brought are not to try and get you or anyone to be born again, but just to try and enlighten as to these particular aspects of being born again that we are discussing.

Would I die without the scriptures........no, but just think, there are believers who have risked their lives and died trying to get bible into the hands of hungry and thirsty brothers/sisters in Christ. that’s what you believe, to which I disagree, I too posted scripture showing that Gods power keeps us abiding in him..I have been Born Again of imperishable seed, he will never leave my spirit,his seed was planted by God in my heart/ spirit, his Spirit penetrated my spirit and there it was birthed, maturing and growing to be more like Christ and bearing his fruit.

God has always spoken scripture to my heart/ inner being, then what I hear his witness the Holy Spirit speak into my inner being, I then go look it up.

My answer to that is..they were never truly Born Again in the first place, by the Living Spirit Of God.

There is no fear in my heart and I know the Spirit will always keep me abiding in the true vine..only Gods Living witness can give me that security by divine heart revelation....and I have it 24/7.

If you are born again, you are "seated in Heavenly Places".. you are "in Christ".. You are "one with God' you are "sealed until the day of redemption",, you are "the Temple of the Holy Spirit".

So, all that "will continue" because its based on a Spiritual Birth, and BIRTH never ends...

The reason there is no verse in the bible that says you can be "un-born again" is because it can't happen.

A person "abides in Christ" by being "In Christ" by Spiritual Birth... as there is no other way...

I can't always keep up with every comment and question in a discussion these days I'm afraid. But of course it is by the Holy Spirit.....AKA the spirit of Christ, AKA imperishable seed.

that’s what you believe, to which I disagree, I too posted scripture showing that Gods power keeps us abiding in him..I have been Born Again of imperishable seed, he will never leave my spirit,his seed was planted by God in my heart/ spirit, his Spirit penetrated my spirit and there it was birthed, maturing and growing to be more like Christ and bearing his fruit.

No it's not opinion. This is God's word, not my opinion. I just read it and take it to heart because it's the truth and was written for our good:

Rom 11:20-22

Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Scripture Sis, no matter how much one reads it, does not birth our spirit, only Gods Living witness can do that..Spirit gives birth to spirit.

Some people do get born again by the Spirit through reading scripture. And scripture itself says the scripture is able to make one wise unto salvation. But there is no competition between the word of God and the Holy Spirit..........they are both witnesses and they both AGREE, hand in hand.

God has always spoken scripture to my heart/ inner being, then what I hear his witness the Holy Spirit speak into my inner being, I then go look it up.

Anyway, I agree to disagree...at the end of the day, we are all on different walks with the Lord.

He illuminates scripture to you.

Different gifts for different folks for the building up of the body of Christ. There is no need to despise sound knowledge/understanding of scripture. All the body parts are needful, as scripture says.

The reason there is no verse in the bible that says you can be "un-born again" is because it can't happen.

Oy vey. What does it mean to be cut off? This is not rocket science. The analogy of birth is only an analogy not literal. Trying to make a case that because a literal baby can't return to a literal womb once it's been born literally, that that therefore applies to spiritual birth........is not a valid argument. The blindness surrounding this subject is beyond belief.....but that's the nature of deception. Unfortunately it's a stronghold for many.

Nobody else can take us out of God's hand sister, that is true. But it is possible for US to crawl out of His hand. That's why the devil deceives people....because he can't take us away from the Lord, so he has to deceive and tempt people into doing that themselves. The Lord doesn't force anyone to stay in His hand. HE will never forsake us......but it's understood that is true as long as we don't forsake Him, as Amigo already pointed out that other scripture which says if we forsake Him He will forsake us. We need the whole counsel of God, not just cherry picked verses.
