while waiting for the flight back home, googled a few sources to cross/double check and not discount the effort of @Debp, thank you and i will watch the video link when i return home.

edit: while waiting for the gate to open (now is delayed for 30mins ‍) googled the possibility to entertain "resurrection" by medical term. the result is much believable then religious figures's resurrections
Jesus Christ was resurrected from the dead after three days....not a short time.

Do you know that the disciples (except one) of Jesus Christ that proclaimed His death, burial and resurrection all suffered horrible deaths...they were tortured for proclaiming Christ!!!

Don't you think if it wasn't true, they would have renounced Christ?!

@Matthias Since you are a retired pastor, can you please give us some input on this?

Btw, PanInVietnam...I think you need to realize that you need Christ as your personal Savior. Otherwise, you are just studying "religion"....not having a saving faith.

@PanInVietnam Here is a brief video about how the original followers of Jesus Christ died. They kept preaching the truth of Christ in spite of persecution and torture.

To be fair, equally from other religions, have their followers killed for believing/following what they believe is true. every religions teaches every one to be a good person and by being good will get their end game reward - minus that nobody knows for sure until they are dead - and so far no one is able to "live" again to tell/warn the others. Granted that there are people who might "almost" died, encounter near-death experience, but their stories are nothing similar, depends on which cultures they are from: Chinese will see stuff usually described in the Chinese movie scene

I can be sure by modern medical science, this is impossible  as a programmer, in the event of debugging a possible "bug", we need to know if this "bug" can be repeatable in order to confirm if a confirmed case. If we can't repeat this fault (as mentioned by any user), we can safely "temporary" ignore it until there are more "evidence" of this "bug". So back to the medical science on "resurrection", by now in 2024, if there are such cases, even one or two indeed happened (should be a worldwide news...), then will be much accepted case. Who would easily accept something that happened once in a million chance? Moreover, I did come across someone (maybe from here or during my google search result) quoted from sources that the time of death to resurrection is not even three days as prophesized. (let me find the source and put it here later...)

Maybe is just me, have to do a fact check (or informed check) before accepting something to be based as some form of foundation.
Otherwise, you are just studying "religion"
You're right about that. After living my life without any religious beliefs and late into this subject (due to my 2 Vietnamese friends wanting to bring me into their church...), is eye-opener for me in mindset and experience (reading interesting stuff that never seem so interesting before...) studying is the right word and spot on @Debp thanks for being patience with newbie :)

Do you realize that we believe in what God's Word the Bible says? That there is no one that is righteous...we all have committed sin. We all need forgiveness of our sins.

Therefore that is why we need Jesus Christ as our personal Savior. He alone was sinless. He takes our sins and gives us His righteousness. So then after we die, we can then be in the presence of holy God. (And in this life, we have peace of mind and heart from the Holy Spirit who indwells believers.)

I realize you don't understand much about the Christian faith. But seeing your own need of Christ, asking for forgiveness, believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ are the foundations of our faith.

And about your friends' churches.... remember it's not going to church that saves you, it's Christ that saves you.

Romans 5:1-11 (Read the book of Romans in the New Testament for Christian doctrine).
1Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Christ in Our Place
6For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. 8But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. 11And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

@PanInVietnam , the following verses are from Romans 10:9-11.

As I mentioned before, you must see your need of the Savior Jesus Christ... otherwise, it's simply head knowledge. The Holy Spirit indwells believers and gives us peace with God.

9that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”

Our minds are complex; it's not just good versus evil. They're shaped by many things, and change is constant. Religious texts use metaphors, don't take them too literally.

Those are good points.

The bodily resurrection of Jesus from the realm of the dead is literal, not metaphorical. I’m hopeful that we are in agreement about that.
