Would the Catholic Church say that every Protestant Eucharist is a refreshment, not a valid Eucharist?

No - what you celebrate is a "communion" - but it's not the Holy Eucharist.
Cookies and lemonade are refreshments.

But, as you probably guessed...I had to say "snake on a pole"...because my mind was blank on the Nehushtan word. Even if I remembered it..I only remember it starts with N.. I can't ever remember the silly spelling!!
Next time, if there is one...I will just write the N-wheelbarrow word."
Wheelbarrow is much easier to remember..though I am sure not so often worshipped!!!!
