Why are Christians afraid of this line for?

I certainly agree that the church is Jesus body and it's a global church.

I should point out that I rather agree with the old Orthodox saying 'one can say with certainty where the Church is, but not where it is not..

I also know that Jesus and his Apostles taught that there was going to be an apostasy that would develope(Wheat & weeds) which means there would be a great falling away of the truth.

Agreed. I think we're about a century into that apostasy now (note this is just my opinion)

Following the death of the first century Christian Apostles, apostate church leaders increasingly deviated from Christ teachings, just as the scriptures foretold.(Acts 20:29,30)

That's a serious charge, can you give some examples?

Note the wolves draw disciples 'away after them'. Compare with 1John
2:18-19

They went out from us, but they were not really of our number; if they had been, they would have remained with us. Their desertion shows that none of them was of our number.

Note here again 'they went out from us'

A corrupted church eventually became more and more entangled with the secular state.

Yet Jesus said the gates of hell would not prevail and He would be with the Church till the end of the age..

So then certainly one of those 2000 year old apostolic chuches must have remained faithful?

To which 2000 year old community do you belong?

Did you notice that; Jesus says - Not everyone who says to me - Lord, Lord - will enter the kingdom of heaven. So not everyone who confess the Lord Lord will enter into the kingdom of heaven? Why is that? Why do those who profess, not able to enter the kingdom of heaven? (The Pharisees and Scribes some believed Jesus some doubted Jesus) I believe that in these days back in the age they lived in there were people who would falsely profess knowing the Lord yet they were not doing the will of Jesus Father who is in heaven.

So the people who are able to enter the kingdom of heaven - are those who are doing the will of the Father. Have you ever see what the Fathers will for us in Christ Jesus?

According to the written letter that was given to the people of Thessaloniaca; The will of the Father for believers in Christ Jesus is simply this:

12But we ask you, brothers, to acknowledge those who work diligently among you, who preside over you in the Lord and give you instruction. 13In love, hold them in highest regard because of their work. Live in peace with one another.
14And we urge you, brothers, to admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, and be patient with everyone.
15Make sure that no one repays evil for evil. Always pursue what is good for one another and for all people.
16Rejoice at all times. 17Pray without ceasing. 18Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
19Do not extinguish the Spirit. 20Do not treat prophecies with contempt, 21but test all things. Hold fast to what is good. 22Abstain from every form of evil.
Final Blessings and Instructions
23Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your entire spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless a at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do it.

Is this something that you do? In the will of God that is laid out before us here in 1 Thessalonians 5: To love others who work beside you; in love striving to live to peace with one another, to gently admonish by the spirit with-in warning others who are unruly, encouraging those who are faint hearted, helping those who are weak, and being patient with everyone, not repaying evil action for evil action, pursue what is good for one another and for all people, rejoicing (even after tough situations or being in tough situations and God helping you), pray with out ceasing?

Many people who are not doing this according to Jesus back in that day are saying and professing : 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

On what day would this be ? The day of judgement for the nation of Israel in my bet estimation ; in which they willfully reject the truth of God and Jesus Christ and did not believe, yet were doing all of these things, but not the Fathers will; they were trying to show themselves righteous by what they were doing outwardly and not allowing God and Jesus Christ to work on the inwardly which caused them to have hard hearts.

So the question you should ask yourself? Are you applying what is taught in 1 Thessalonians 5 to your life and in your walk with and relationship with God, and Jesus Christ?

Would you have to be afraid of that scripture anymore?

What was cited in the opening post here from Thessalonians ch. 5 identifies itself in the text as "we ask," "urge," and "admonish."

It is not a command from God. Read with comprehension, rather than with a busy imagination.

That is right; You are right about that @Jacob28 by and through the spirit we are to urge or gently admonish others by the spirit of Christ through us. That doesn't mean demean, judge, or condemn someone.

Gentle admonishment to Godless and rebellious people is not what Jesus did and spoke. Review how He offensively spoke to the Jews of their sin before you speak more error.

What do you believe about what Jesus Christ is saying here?: Even though Paul explains to be gentle by the spirit to warn those who many be causing unruly decisions. You may give them helpful advice by the spirit and hopefully they will take heed to the word which is given. I do not know.

Thinking to establish and follow one's own perspective of the world is to fall into sin. The Bible gives its own view of itself in Hebrews 4:12.

If they understood eternal life they’d understand why many will be denied who says Lord, Lord.
