I have to say, from reading your posts, I am most grateful I do not belong to the rc church and have not been indoctrinated by it. As you fail to grasp the reason Paul kept stressing you can have no righteousness of obeying the law was primarily because of the ten commandments it is obvious you are not being led as you should be. Instead of believing that belief is a licence to sin, you should get with the message and see it as the basis of victory over sin
Faith alone?

You do know you are guilty of breaking all of God's laws don't you? Unless you claim never to stumble concerning them James 2:10

Claim it?
You claim to be a Christian too?

Oh my oh my, it is you my friend who have a gross misunderstanding of law and grace. If you remove righteousness of obeying the law you remove the power of sin, for, the power of sin is the law 1Cor15:56

Why can you not see that, I know because your church wont tell you its the truth. You would live a far more Godly life if you accepted it. And that is based on the core message of the person charged to be the chief exponent of the new covenant to the world

why does Paul say avoid sin?

1 cor 6: 15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

Hebrews 12:4
Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

If your church knew the truth, they would tell you, you have no righteousness of obeying the ten commandments and because the law has now been placed in your heart you in your heart want to obey it. Licence to sin removed. Great covenant, but your mother church is obviously failing to tell you that

do we have to keep the commandments? Yes or no?

Hey, congratulations! For once you got something right!

You quoted Matthew (not Matt!) 5:17: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill."

Jesus has fulfilled the law (and the prophets). So those of us who are in Christ have fulfilled the law. It no longer applies to us!

Hallelujah!!!

there were three parts to the law

moral law
Jurisdictional law
Ceremonial law

Christ fulfilled the ceremonial law
The jurisdictional law passed to Peter and the apostles
And we still must keep the moral law

I guess you have no morals?
All sin is A ok!
In that case I’ll take a harem on a private island with plenty cold beer!

The promise to their children per Acts 2:39 is for the gift of the Holy Ghost, not promising baptism.

The RCC cannot give babies the Holy Ghost.

This are speaking of their adult children, AKA) future generations....

....and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

the promise is baptism ez 36:25

Then there is the eleventh commandment: thou shalt not kiss!

it’s not worship
Worship requires intent

not idolatry either Mary is not a god or goddess

Goddess?

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women. Lk 1:28

How can a goddess be full of grace?
Hail Mary full of grace!

How can the Lord be with a goddess?
The lord is with thee!

How can a goddess be blessed!
Blessed art thou, and all generations shall call me blessed!

Lk 1: 43 And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

How can a goddess be the mother of God?

Lk 1: 45 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

How could a goddess be faithful?

Lk 1: 46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,

47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.

How could a goddess glorify God or have a savior?

Lk 1:48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.

How could a goddess be humble?

Lk 1:49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.

How could a goddess be the immaculate conception and the have the Holy Spirit accomplish the Miraculous conception of Jesus?

Matt 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.

22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,

23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

How could a goddess be a perpetual Virgin bringing forth the savior of the world?

Jn 19:27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

How could a goddess be our spiritual mother?

Only a heretical fundamentalists brainwashing can say so!

Mother of Divine Grace!

Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

The throne of Grace is the throne of Mary the ever Virgin mother of God!

We come boldly to this throne cause Mary is our mother and advocate!

Mary is the storehouse of divine graces!

Lk 1:28
And the angel entered to her, and said, Hail Mary, full of grace; the Lord is with thee; blessed be thou among women.

All graces come from the merits of Christ, from His passion and death and come thru Mary to the glory of Her only begotten Son!

From Genesis to revelation!

First promise of salvation!

Gen 3:15
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Total war: enmity

None of satans works are found in Mary, she belongs entirely to God!
Even consecration herself to God at a very young age.

Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Mary is the sign that Jesus is the messiah and divine, only God can have a virgin-mother!

Jn 2:11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

His disciples came to faith cos of Mary

Rev 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Mary’s immaculate purity, and the queen of heaven!

Rev 12:17 Jn 19:26-27 our spiritual mother

1 kings 2: 17 And he said, Speak, I pray thee, unto Solomon the king, (for he will not say thee nay,) that he give me Abishag the Shunammite to wife.

18 And Bathsheba said, Well; I will speak for thee unto the king. (Intercession)

19 Bathsheba therefore went unto king Solomon, to speak unto him for Adonijah. And the king rose up to meet her, and bowed himself unto her, and sat down on his throne, and caused a seat to be set for the king's mother; and she sat on his right hand.

20 Then she said, I desire one small petition of thee; I pray thee, say me not nay. And the king said unto her, Ask on, my mother: for I will not say thee nay.

Mary is the great sign of the divinity of Christ!

Isa 7:14
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Matt 1:23
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Lk 1:35
And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Lk 2:35
a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also, that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

Matt 27:54
Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

Jn 2:3
And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

Jn 2:11
This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

Rev 12:1
And there appeared a great sign in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Rev 12:5
And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Salvation is to be found with Mary!
Jesus Christ is our salvation! Lk 2:30
He is Lord, and He is with Mary! Lk 1:28
Mary found our salvation! Lk 1:30
Consented to our salvation! Lk 1:38

Bathsheba was married to David and was already queen consort...when Solomon became king and married Pharaoh's daughter...actually he had numerous wives but I found no scripture specifically mentioning who was Queen alongside David or Solomon.
That's lie.

I already gave you the Scripture verses that show Solomon having a THRONE made for his mother seated at his right side.
1 Kings 2:19
When Bathsheba went to King Solomon to speak to him for Adonijah, the king stood up to meet her, bowed down to her and sat down on his throne. He had a throne brought for the king’s mother, and she sat down at his right hand.

So, you can pretend all you want that ths didn't happen or that it doesn't fit with the "European" definition of Queen Mothe. - but the Bible doesn't lie.

Absolutely not!!! You're either under the law or under grace. If your priests teach you that you're under the law, it means, in reality, that you're under their control (from the Pope on down).

Well, you guess wrong! I never said that all sin is okay; those are your words!

Saying "In that case I’ll take a harem on a private island with plenty cold beer!" shows where your heart really is! Better confess to your priest and say a bunch of "hail Mary" prayers!

1) a harem = lust!
1 cor 6: 15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
2) a private island = fear of others
remindder: you wrote this in post #783, "1 cor 6: 15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
3) plenty (of) cold beer shows your alcoholic lust!

right!

Biblically Mary is the royal and reigning queen mother!

In ancient Israel not kings wife but his mother was crowned queen!

1 kings 2:18 And Bathsheba said, Well; I will speak for thee unto the king.

A Seat: throne
King bows in respect
Right hand position of authority

The queen received the petitions of the people and presented them to the king Her royal Son!
