Adam and Eve were created spiritually marred and subject to vanity. This spiritual flaw made Adam and Eve "carnally minded". It is their carnal mind which caused them to sin.

Eve even displayed the three carnal reasons of why mankind sins BEFORE she even sinned.

Gen 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food (LUST OF THE FLESH), and that it was pleasant to the eyes (LUST OF THE EYES), and a tree to be desired to make one wise (PRIDE OF LIFE), she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Christ even placed Satan in the Garden of Eden to tempt Eve so that she would sin. With Eve being carnally minded and spiritually blind, Eve could make no other choice but to sin.
You run to your conclusion as if A&E didn't have a choice! That is terribly misleading.
They most surely did have a choice, and in their creation by God, they were NOT "marred". They were innocent, having no knowledge of evil or good.

They had two choices of trees, that were specifically mentioned among the many others to eat of. "The Tree of Life" and "The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil".
Of the Tree of G&E", God forewarned them to not eat of that tree, for should they eat of it, they would surely die.

Unfortunately, it is apparent that they had NOT YET eaten of the Tree of Life first, for if they had, they would have RECIEVED the Gift of Eternal Life FIRST, and still retain their INNOCENCE. Should that have been the case, God would have then barred them from eating of the Tree of G&E, and Satan would've been defeated right there.

But, because they had eaten of the forbidden tree first, God HAD TO KEEP them from eating of the Tree of Life, lest they eat of it and LIVE FOREVER, remaining in a fallen and corrupted state of being for eternity (just like satan). And so, their place of residence in the Garden was immediately forfeited and no more, and satan was free to walk about the earth in his own free will.

There is no "age of Grace". Show me the scriptures if you have any. Show me the verses that say Christ's love and mercy have an end.
The Age of God's Grace through the Spirit of Christ, who is the express image of God the Father: John 3:18, Acts 2:14-21.

The unrepentance of man towards God and His time of Grace, just before the revealing of Christ in His visible Glory from Heaven:
Rev. 9:13-21, 13:15-17, 16:9-11, 20:15.

The results of the end of God's Grace towards the world, which began on Pentecost:
2 Peter 3:10-13.

You should stop using your carnal mind to understand God. You must learn to rely solely on scripture to understand Him.
Your appraisal of me is a little bit upside down. I am not using my carnal mind to interpret scripture, but rather the mind of Christ, who has been within me since the day I was born again of His Holy Spirit.
1 Cor. 2:5-16.
[5] That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men [church-ianity], but in the power of God [the Holy Spirit].

Not only that, but you have also judged me as a "fallen away believer".
Without your explanation of why you proclaim that to be my situation, I have perceived in it, as well as the words of your perspective, that you hold to a Roman Catholic understanding.

So then, it's not that I have "fallen away" from faith in the Lord Jesus, but rather that I have fallen away from faith in your form of "church-ianity"
