Thank you for your post.

It is not clear what you mean by “discussion“: is it “help me understand the Trinity,” or ”let’s analyze a historic heresy”?

The Nicene and Apostles Creeds are each a clear statement of the Trinity for faithful Christians.

???

Blessings

Against the rules to discuss it.

Personally, I believe that all your threads should be locked, @St. SteVen, to help the forum regain its balance.

The moderators come down hard on the most doctrinally significant topics, such as the Triune Godhead, which are firmly rooted in Scripture. However, your brand of universalism is nowhere to be found in the Bible. Yet, you have inundated this “sinking ship” with your heretical and insipid version of the gospel that Paul warns us about.

If you wish to understand why this rule was introduced it is with the community announcements.
( along with a thread on the rest of the rules, something that all new members should read )
We come down hard because it’s a rule we have to abide to, in other words, it’s part of the job !!

I understand, @Rita, but this forum needs some cleaning up, and @St. SteVen has overwhelmed it with doubts regarding the Scriptures and his version of the gospel, which is universalism.

He is also quite manipulative, and the Deity of Jesus Christ, along with the God-breathed Scriptures, is consistently under attack.

The Deity of Jesus doesn't fall under the banned topics, as I'm sure you would agree.

I apologize for bringing this up with you here instead of discussing it privately.

I thought you said your were done with me. ???
But here you are again.

You seek a narrow homeostasis for balance. Which isn't really balance at all.

Correction. I support the deity of Christ. But it is worth discussing.

Your time is coming @St. SteVen and I am making an appeal to all moderators to "sift" us and discern truth from error.

Come on guys , quit the arguing.
That’s all I have read this week and it’s draining - still always the same just before Halloween when the spiritual battle increases as the dark forces gain a lot of control. ( just my opinion )
Everyone has the choice/ option to put people on ignore - why not use that instead of picking one another to pieces !

@Rita
This threat is an obvious campaign against me personally. An attempt to stifle free speech on the forum.
His personal opinions equal "truth" in his eyes. He hopes to remove all other views from the forum.
What he calls "regaining balance". - LOL

Strangely, scripture study cannot happen when certain scriptures are not included. The first mark of a bad doctrine is that a bad doctrine is not permitted to be discussed.

"Bible believing Christians" should certainly know that God gives truth - not message board posts. The messages are intended to cause us to search the scriptures for ourselves and ask God for confirmation of the truth.

Johnann,,,
The job of a moderator is not to SIFT THE TRUTH.

Their job is really just to keep the peace and allow for good conversation.

Now, every forum has its own way of moderating...and I won't get into that...
however, if we don't LIKE how a forum is moderated, it's our prerogative to leave that forum.

OR

We get adjusted to it and post as the rules require.

There's a reason why the Trinity should not and, in this case, cannot be discussed.
It's a debate that should not even exist between "Christians"
and
It creates a lot of disorder and requires too much moderating time.

And, remember...
The bible is supposed to tell us the truth...
NOT
The moderators of a forum.
