Hear a Cherokee Proverb.
There is a Cherokee legend about an elderly brave who tells his grandson about life.
The Two Wolves
“Son,” he says, “Within all of us there is a battle of two wolves. One is evil. He is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”
He continued, “The other wolf is good. He is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.”
“The same fight is going on inside of you, and inside every other person, too,” explained the wise Cherokee elder.
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”
The grandfather simply replied, “The one you feed.”.../
This battle between the two wolves is in reality between your spirit and your carnal soul, about who gets to control your flesh and actions? The soul will always side with the flesh, take the girl home for a night, go ahead and steal it it's small, defraud your neighbor as a good revenge, lie, bear false witness, gossip about people...and on and on. The soul knows your triggers but still fights for control.
What does scripture say about this? Have you read it? It says, dont be led by your flesh, dont be led by your carnal soul. Be led by the spirit. Let the spirit dictate your actions!
Are you triggered easily? Not sure what to do? Do this...: Listen to your Conscience and do what it says. Our Conscience is a part of our spirit. The Holy Spirit bears witness to our spirit, so our spirit is in direct contact with God and will always know the right thing for you to do in any situation. Your Conscience will accuse you if you think about doing something wrong and tell you affirmations when you do something right.
Romans 2:15
15 They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right..../NLT
So if you always do what your Conscience tells you to do, you will feel better and learn and grow in Christ and be obeying the command to be led by the spirit.
If you give in to the trigger and go against what your Conscience has said to you, it hardens your heart to God. If you do that too much you will sear your Conscience and turn totally evil.
So the fight between the two wolves is a battle unto death, and there you are in your mind and heart stuck inbetween the wolves who are fighting and are the one who makes the decision of who to listen to is upon you.
Choose wisely my Friend! Choose life.
God doesnt "send people to hell". You make the choices and cant get out of it! Therefore, choose Life! Choose the Spirit! Praise the Lord!
Everything is a test for you. I can tell you from experience that when you pass a test and choose to follow what your conscience (spirit) says, you feel good! And you frow. And your faith gets stronger. And a supernatural peace will come over you! And it makes you go whoa, I should obey even more!
We go from glory to glory. Pass once. Pass twice. Pass three times. You slowly become holy in your behavior. I'm not perfect but I am a better man today than I was yesterday. So you choose to grow holy and obedient or you choose to grow evil and bound to the world and your flesh.
The choice is up to you. You have free will!

God does not use Satan to beat His Born Again Children.
So, your need to sell this false theology, that Blames God, for what Satan does, and this is an ugly and willful personal assault against God the Father., and against God's Grace and LOVE.
Its unfortunate that you can only Sell Calvin's idea of God as a hateful Deity, instead of the correct understand of God as "Father of Mercy and LIFE".
Let me ask you a question.
Would you used some Sickness, or Poverty, that can last a lifetime, and eventually kill you, to teach your child a Lesson?
If so, you have deep issues inside your head..

God does not exercise control over evil in the way that a deceived Calvinist believes.
Here is the reality.
EVIL is what men do.. its what people do........so there is the EVIL found.
Its EVIL to try to lead real Christians into John Calvin's doctrine of devils.

So...God is not doing it........ .. PEOPLE are doing it.
So, why is this continuing?
Its because God chose to create MAN (Adam) as a free will moral agent, with the ability to chose.
Once Adam fell, sin entered the world, and then MAN's Choices, became inspired by their sin nature.. .and therefore EVIL that people do, is the end product.
So, had God chosen to create Adam as a mindless - puppet -robot..... then Adam would not have chosen to eat the Apple.
"Let US, create Man.....in OUR Image"... = So, Adam was created with a MIND and Freewill.
So, because of this......God has to allow MAN to make choices, and they made a bad one in the Garden of Eden, and they have been making EVIL choices, ever since.
Selling any heresy, like Calvinism.... on a "christian" Forum... or from a Pulpit, is EVIL = being committed.
So.....THERE is your evil found....... its MAN doing it, always.
God is in a temporary position, that was caused by creating man as a free will moral being.. and they became evil, and that is why evil exists.
When Jesus comes back to install his Millennial Reign, then God is going to make some changes... but that is "still to come".

Mind if I answer that too?
The Lord knows very well that poverty and sickness is an illusion. He is the God of Life, He is, Jehovah Rapha, the Lord our Healer.
He knows that we live in a corrupted world. But He loves you just the way you are. Let that sink in.
Sure God could could erase everything bad about your life so that nothing bad ever happened to you. But you would be gone and He would have to re-create you. Oh you would live and without any of those things ever happened and you would never get sick, never age and never have any trials or tribulations of any kind. But everything else would be gone to you also. Your children, family, friends, your good history and memories. And God probably considered doing that very thing. And God said, hey waitaminute...I love her just the way she is and why would I take away her beautiful children from her just to live? So He mounted a big complex Rescue mission so you can keep you as you are. Oh, He likes you a LOT. And your kids!He knows that death and sickness is an illusion for Him and that He can wipe away your tears or raise you from the dead or whatever He has to do, so that you can keep your personality and identity! Because He loves you just the way you are.
SO in the Lord's Great Mercy, He allows (But Does Not Cause) these afflictions to come upon you and others during this lifetime and at least let's us learn from these experiences on earth in the meantime! That's quite a nice gesture if you think about it.
And some are corrupted to different extents and some wont even read what He said or choose to follow Him! And for those people who are obstinate and deny Him...He still wants to save them so He puts them in some sort of bad foxhole in life...because He knows if a person is close enough to death, they will Believe in Him and reach out to Him!
And when you're under fire, Lord be with me! There's no Atheists in Foxholes!
Dont worry Sister, be patient. He will wipe away all your tears. And you will get the peace you desire. But we can't blame God for allowing bad things to happen, nor does He cause them to happen. People who think that way are being short sighted. He only allows it because He loves you just the way you are, and He has plans to make you even better!

God does not "allow" Satan to kill your kid, or you .
So, if you get sick, or your kids, or mother, or family member, then that is not God allowing it..
How do you know?
A.) Its because of PRAYER.
God told you, and me, and all the born again, that we are to PRAY when we find ourselves in harm's way, that is caused by The Devil, or a bad choice we made, or just the fact that LIFE presents problems that are naturally associate with being alive in this evil world.
So, God would not want us to Pray, to be freed, to be healed, to be delivered, if God was causing or allowing the sickness, the hardship, and the Pain, as God's Will.
So, CALVISM teaches that God harms you, using the Devil, and in fact God does no such thing.
Calvinism teaches that if you are dying by disease, then it must Be God teaching you a lesson to make you more "Spiritual".
A.) Calvinism (*TULIP) is the *DEVIL's Lie..... and many are deceived by it, and have allowed their LIFE to become a perfect example of what happens to you, when you are deceived by this Satanic Deceiver.

You make a pretty good point that should perhaps be discussed a wee bit. I (used to) think just like this and one day it was on my heart and so I asked Him about these very things. And His reply was immediate! He said, Because I love you and one cant love someone else truly without giving them free will. How could I teach you to Love without free will.../
So that created the need for prayer from us, and knew knew that too so made it a point to tell us in scripture, you have not because you ask not. Ask me anything and I will do it. Those who ask receive, those who seek will find, those who knock it shall be opened....
It's all about free will and Love.
Now I'm not pretending to fully understand what the Lord told me, but I get it mostly I think. So does this make any sense to you too?

Oh the devil tries to put them on me... but I have access to the Name of Jesus and the Power of God's Word... which provide deliverance so the devil's tactics quickly get defeated and fall way.
Now, back when I was a baby Christian, before becoming skilled in the Word of Righteousness.... yeah, 'ol slewfoot tripped me up quite a bit and brought a lot of defeat in to my life.
Back then I was ignorant of what God's Word actually teaches just like many are today.... since that time I have learned that God watches over His Word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12), and God cannot lie (Hebrews 6:18).

The problem with those that don't know God's Word and/or do not act on God's Word.... they are being carnally minded and are not abiding IN CHRIST. In other words, they have been deceived by the devil in to not believing God's promises.
It's really sad to see so many that claim to be Christian choose to not believe God's promises in their lives.

I'm not above wrong and I am very teachable and watch out for that. But I havent heard anything that rings to me as a truth that would show me that I am wrong!
