What Is Your Favorite Time Of The Day?

I normally wake up every morning just before 3am when it's still dark. It is my favorite time because I get to spend it with my God. It's a two way conversation. Then I get into praise, worship, thanksgiving and prayer. Prayer for family, friends (who I call family) and myself. It sets the day for me. Glory!

Sunrise....
It's ALWAYS been the "magic hour" and watching the sun rise over the Sea of Gallilee was awesome stuff.

It was at Sunrise when Adam and Eve talked with God in the Garden.
It was at Sunrise Jacob wrestled with God and got the name Israel.
It was at Sunrise the walls of Jericho fell
It was at Sunrise Sodom and Gomorrah fell.
It was at Sunrise the manna could be found and gathered.
It was at Sunrise when Gideon got answers and attacked.
It was at Sunrise when Daniel got his answers.
It was at Sunrise when Sennacherib was discovered to have fled from Jerusalem.
It was at Sunrise when the worm ate Jonah's vine.
It was at Sunrise when the stone was rolled away.

Most people are asleep at Sunrise....as has been said....it's quiet. But that's when God does some of His most amazing stuff.

I like late afternoon - early evening. Getting in a bike ride or a late round of golf and watch the sunset.

Besides, with all these evening conference calls with Japan, Korea, and China, I think my body clock has started to synchronize with Tokyo time. I seem to be more alert in the late afternoons.
