I have a new one that I'm trying. Very different. I was upset at first that it was something I needed to drink, but I am not upset anymore.

I have struggled with what I guess would be considered derealization for a while and so I turned to Chinese medicine because I'm a rebel, I guess, and then Googled scientific explanations because don't believe in what they say, but it works.

It's called "Xiao Yao San" and it came in granules. I'm not sure if it counts as tea makes you feel really, really relaxed and I feel way more aware of my surroundings.

Xiao Yao San means "happy and carefree powder". It might cause diarrhea, so be happy and carefree.
