Sure their were tares among them . The early church was GOOD at correcting sin .
The pattern works . SEE we correct due to we desire them to repent and to keep the church safe .
WHEN tares are corrected , OFTEN they just end up leaving , as they were never truly of us in the first place .
BUT ALL MUST be corrected . ANY sin seen must be corrected by the church . OR watch out for the church that corrrects not
WILL LEAVEN UP BIG TIME .

Yes and it seems that soon it may be illegal to correct...

We may need to seriously consider a less public gathering.

It makes me sad that some Protestant denominations have "sold out"! But, that is what the Revolution brought to Christianity. Division forever....

I often quoate scrips , but wont say where they are , and often folks dont even recognize the scrips .

through the lenses of men . EITHER JW , or MORMON , OR CC , OR calvin or etc . AND YET they are dangerous .
Many also learn it through the PROSPERITY GOSPEL GLASSES , which too is false . WE Must return to those bibles for ourselves
GOD will teach the lambs , cause these men of today are FAILING and FLEECING the folks . SURE their might be some good leaders still left
but they are very few and very wide spread . THE DELUSION and i mean the great delusion has been infiltrating all of christendom
so much as of late and it hollers a false love and a false unity . MY advice GET OUT of those churches and fast .

MY advice GET OUT of those churches and fast

Well I have just been led into one - however I read nothing but scripture for over 5 years.

I was woken up in the early hours after being out of church for about 7 years - healed of rejection by the Wind of His Spirit and sent back to serve.

We will yet see genuine revival in the church.

What happens is people who say they got saved but don't live for God don't recognize that they are in unbelief because they have been told that nothing you can do can cause you to lose your salvation. And so they don't realize they are in unbelief and think they are saved and ready to meet Jesus when he comes back. OSAS causes people to think they have the Holy Spirit when they actually may not at all.

Your compliant rightly fall on someone telling someone they've been reborn, falsely, without knowledge or understanding. That would be the error, and errors that follow aren't responsible for the first error. If someone is not converted, not filled with the Holy Spirit, and they tell themselves they are, this has nothing to do with other doctrines of salvation.

Your objection would rightly be stated as claiming "a prayer saves you", or baptism saves you, or whatever false idea there is of one being saved, if apart from faith, that is the error, not that once you are saved you are forever saved.

If someone doesn't realize they are living in unbelief, it is because they are not aware of what faith is, and Who the Holy Spirit is, and they do not recognize faith or unbelief, being unaware of spiritual things, and not knowing God.

Again, salvation is about a relationship with God, either you know Him or you don't, not on your opinion of your perception of your behaviors.

Self deception causes people to think they are something they are not. Individual Bible Doctrines do not cause unbelievers to think this way or that, except only as they are misappropriated to fit your favorite self delusion.

And John said we can KNOW we HAVE IT. And because it it. Empower is to continue in faith.

Satan does not want us to see that. He wants us to think we can lose eternal life. So we will lack faith and maybe even walk away.

Jesus gives us liberty by making us safe, so we can be free to live His way.
