God clearly states "This Earth" will be "Removed" and will not rise again.
Isaiah 24:20KJV
The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
2 Peter 3:10-11KJV
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
The Earth will abide forever, it's called the "New Heaven And Earth", You will note John saw this present earth "Passed Away"
Revelation 21:1-2KJV
21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Revelations 21 : 1 is a glorious vision that continues to unfold as the angel takes John to the beginning of the Thousand year reign. However hundreds of years before John's day, Jehovah God had said to Isaiah: "For here I am creating new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be called to mind, neither will they come up into the heart."(Isaiah 65:17, 66:22) This prophecy was initially fulfilled when faithful Jews returned to Jerusalem in 537 B.C.E. after their 70- year exile in Babylon. In that restoration, they formed a cleansed society, "a new earth," under a new governmental system, "new heavens."
Revelation 21:2 tells of New Jerusalem, which is the bride of Christ, made up of the anointed Christian's who remain faithful to death and who are raised to become Kings and priests with the glorified Jesus.(Revelation 3: 12, 20:6) Just as earthly Jerusalem became the seat of government in ancient Israel, the New Jerusalem and her Bridegroom make up the government of the new system of things. The 'bride comes down out of heaven,' not literally, but in the sense of directing attention to the Earth.
Isaiah 24:20 must agree with other scripture in the Bible. I've already shown you some scriptures which shows that Gods has always purposed for the earth to exist forever, it will never be destroyed.
I have already shown you some scriptures that show earth is to stand forever. Some more are, Isaiah 45:18; Matt.5:5; Psalm 37: 29; then we have the famous sermon on the Mount. Matt.5: 5.
At Genesis 1: 27, 28, 31 God told the first human pair, Adam and Eve, he said: "Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth and subdue it." This was God's original purpose for this planet to have a perfect and righteous society of humans and just because Satan and Adam and Eve have interfered with God plan doesn't mean God has abandoned his original purpose for this planet ( Isaiah 55:11).
