I'm all for saving habitats for wildlife and such ....minus the evolution aspect, which I do not ascribe to. I'm glad y'all were able to stop the widening of the river and prevent taking down trees unnecessarily. God gave us dominion and we should care for the things He cares about.I’m on the opposite end. As someone who focused on evolutionary ecology to help develop stronger habitat systems to help combat biodiversity loss in this decaying of the environment and fragmentation of the wilderness I work on how to better save them. Me and a handful of others recently won a vote against the city im in being able to cut down a forest around a river in order to wider it by 3x and deepen it by almost 10x. Now they can’t and endangered mollusks were discovered in it.
What I’m mostly into is botany intersecting with ecology though . Protecting a space saves more than a single species .
I think they could use your input on the issue of the plans to flood thousands of acres in northern Texas and forcing people off their lands (not to mention the devastation to lands and wildlife).
@Angelina What am I doing right now?
Multitasking (which I most often do) ....
I just got done watching a YT video about the Kennedy assassination occult ritual, and just started watching an old 1953 B&W spy movie. Meanwhile, doing laundry, and planning (in my head) what I need to get done tomorrow to prepare for 2+weeks in the deep freeze (weather/temps) ....what to do for my animals, etc.
