I totally agree but I'm a bit of a germaphob.... Don't drink after others ect.

Yeah, germs are bad. Unless they're COVID-19 germs. But hey, COVID or not COVID germs make us stronger. God takes the enemy and builds our strength against the enemy. When I was a kid I ate dirt. Now I eat healthy food. I have had one cold in the past 20 years with or without a flu shot.

I just had my labs done yesterday prior to my next MD appt this coming wk. WBC elevated so I'm sick somewhere........

Yeah, mine was elevated for 2.5 months. Now it's back to normal. Last night I had fever and sweats. But today I feel great just a lot of fatigue. Welcome to getting old. My prayers are for you Ketura. Let me know how it come out with the WBC.

I have no idea what elevated my WBC. But I'm in my 50's. How about you?

OK, Keturah. Being 60 your WBC is probably inflamation in your body. As long as it's just mildly elevated.

I'm due to get my flu / pneumonia shots then @ appt.. You may be right ,my joints are really causing pain and the weather here is a little crazy .
I meant no offense @ sprout, it just means young here.60's nearing 70's.

Nope. the flu shot can't elevate your WBC. Sounds mild so it's probably inflamation, but I'm not a doctor. So check with a doctor. They know what they're doing. I don't. So don't listen to myself. I'm also half crazy? Love you though.

We drink coffee all day. Have two air-pumps, we fill 2x per day. In house, usually up by 3AM, I use a clean cup each time. Nearly all of Day-Light, outside and use a thermo cup, will refill and is washed with supper dishes.
...Spouse opposite...same cup, Days old left in vehicle, warm/ cold, lol.

Yes...
baking soda and scrub pad will remove coffee stains on cups...
soft toothbrush and baking soda also works well on teeth, gums, tongue.
