Of course, both sides need to know Jesus who taught us to love our neighbor as ourselves. That's the only answer.

Listening to these interviews, you can understand the problem. The Israelis want peace, willing to compromise. The Palestinians...no desire for peace or compromise with Israel, and they think they are entitled to all of the land.

Thinking about the history of empires who ruled that region, (Babylonian, Egyptian, Medo- Persian, Assyrian, Greek, Roman, Ottoman), after winning the wars, they occupied the land and took all their riches. The losers suffered the consequences. They surrendered _ everything and accepted defeat. And in every case, guess what -- God ordained it. Whether who was right or wrong, good or evil, that is life and part of God's plan.. If you were fortunate enough to live and not be enslaved, you moved on.
God promised the Israelites that land long ago. Doesn't matter who occupied it when He gave it to them or anytime afterwards, God gave it to them. They lost the land in 70AD to the Romans, then later to the Otttoman empire that ended in 1921. In 1948, the Jews took it back. These Arabs were defeated in many wars; but it is to their demise, that they cannot accept defeat, surrender and move on.
We see a half dozen nations already involved in this conflict. What does the Bible say?
The Antichrist will gather ten Islamic nations ( also ordained by God) and they will attack Israel. 2/3 will die and a remnant will flee but be saved. Jesus shows up and defeats the enemies - then there will be peace, but not until after the Great Tribulation is over.
