As I've said before I'm not making any kind of blanket statement about voting or not voting, and my comments about this aren't directed at any individual here. The point I'm making is that we all as believers need to watch our hearts, that we aren't putting our hopes and trust in anything or anyone that is of this world.
I do not hate anyone.........but it looks to me that many need to be careful they aren't blindly loving and idolizing a man. People are so in love with DT they can't even discern his spiritual state. He said recently concerning his so-called faith that good people go to heaven and bad people go to hell. What does that tell us? But many so long for him to be a born again believer and thus sent by God to rescue the nation they are not seeing him as he is. I believe he is being sent by God actually........but it's not the way many believers are thinking. This is all leading to the fulfillment of certain prophecies concerning the end, which as we know don't paint a rosy picture. The Lord is watching over His word to perform it, in His sovereign way. The devil isn't in charge, God is. But He is a God who sends judgments.
I will admit that I'm of the old fashioned persuasion that character matters in a political leader if they want my vote. Has that gone out of style or have we become desperate? Was there no one else who could have been nominated to lead the Republican Party? It looks to me because of trusting in the arm of the flesh instead of in God that Christian Americans chose to nominate a bigger bolder Saul over a less outwardly impressive but pure-hearted David to be leader. (It's not too late for anyone to repent of this if they need to individually.)

Again, that is an overly spiritualized viewpoint, ignoring the needs we have living in this world. It totally abandons a practical way of living, contrary to the Bible.
We should and do rely (hope and trust) on things and people of this world. The computer and internet that I'm using right now, for starters. The HVAC system in our homes. And people? We all rely on an economy for us to have money provided by someone and goods and services we need to exchange the money for.
The book of Kings details the good and bad kings in history. Obviously, God is concerned about our leaders or such politically oriented books would not be included in the Bible. OTOH, no one here is saying we ought to make politicians an object of worship. OTOH, we make them gods, by definition. Psalm 82:
God has taken his place in the divine council;
in the midst of the gods he holds judgment:

I can support trump and vote for him, and at the same time be 100% love and devotion to Jesus.

No bogey man.
BTW..America is one election away from full blown communism.

An interesting dynamic that would put things into perspective, would be to get a few South Koreans in here, and convince them it doesn't matter if you have a free country with an American type Constitution or if you just have full-blown communism.
They know what it's like to be under communist rule.
It does affect your faith in that everything goes Underground.
But the murder that takes place around you ...a bonus for having a communist Nation is sickening.
The Afghans saw it with the Taliban while us evil Trump loving Americans were there ,for the first time, they had hope, they had a future, and they a better shot at Christianity , and the Bible,. But once America pulled out those murdering Devils started murdering.

america went communist in part a long long time ago my friend .
And both sides of the lane have plenty of men that have long done the will of the elites
who help to line their pockets and give plenty of promises IN THE DARK to these men .
A man who loves money will do anything to attain it . a man who loves power and presitige will do anything to keep it .
EVEN entering into all places and playing along as though they are of them , for them
and desire the same things they do . BUT BELEIVE YOU ME its a trap and a snare .
How do you decieve . You do it from within . marvel not they been at work for a long time .
And the last man standing used to be those who preached the gospel .
they infiltrated them as well . changed how we evanglize and though slick speechs of love and unity
and bridge building and finding common ground CHANGED even the churches from within .
The last man standing had things in common , even though within that group there were false ones .
The world , the churches did not repent and rather they grew worse and worse
and finally after many years and much time of longsuffering
and the many not repenting but getting worse were delivered unto the FIRST PHASE OF JUDGMENET .
KNOWN as DELUSOIN . total reprobation set in and fast as we see in these last fifteen years or so .
And still they will not repent but keep on holding onto hopes in men
and onto sins and etc .
And as the world and worse the churches did not want A DARN THING to do with the biblical version of GOD and of HIS CHRIST
so he has given it over to a reprobate mind . and now they cannot even see they are being led to the slaughter
by cunning men who have come in to lead this people into a false hope

MY ADVICE IS , RATHER PREACH JESUS TO ALL that has breath cause in a day and an hour
THAT NOT YOU OR ME KNOWS , but that the signs say IS NIGH , the LORD GONNA COME
the DOOR WILL BE SHUT and all outside will wail .
Many delay the coming of the LORD in heart because their heart is ON THIS WORLD , these cares and pleasures
and NOT THE LORD . PUt the focus on the gospel and the winning of souls
And on bible sound doctrine which will instruct the church .

I have considered that also- BUT- it's also true that "peace and security" has been PROCLAIMED by Bush SR in 1991 when he signed on with the UNITED NATIONS AGENDA 21- now sustainable goals blahblah in 1991----- and then we had the Iraq war.. so
It's not as if it's a one time saying.--!
and it's been proclaimed often by others in power.
I feel your Pain to a degree- I have been shouting about the UNITED NATION evil plan since 1991- when BUSH SR announced his "New World Order" UN charter--- and league of nations- kingdom of God on earth---- THIS IS ALL FACT- no speculation on my part. I can not say the same for you.
I have also said that so far TRUMP has been AGAINST the New World Order and it is why they call him a NATIONALIST.-- It is not a bad word.

A group of us in a drafting line got in trouble .... Grandfather's Company ......so I was atopic of conversation at dinner. Fooling around on a Friday Afternoon .....working with structural steel details on the foundry Ford Casting Plant outside of Mexico City......I drew a cartoon character with a sombrero and a blanket against a column ......underneath the drawing ......"Manuel Labor" ......Alabama Engineer caught it and returned the drawing "Fed Ex" to the house ......Granddad thought it was funny too. Customer didn't see it .....Thank God
