That's interesting because that may have happen to other Children as well. It's not wrong, it's just not the order in learning the word of God. Paul says in 2 Timothy 3: 15 and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. When i was a kid, my Bible had where Jesus spoke written in red. Because of that I always gave more weight to verses where it’s Jesus speaking. Is that wrong?
The way I look at it is that Jesus was always right. I would say the same thing about God, when he is quoted in the Bible. When i was a kid, my Bible had where Jesus spoke written in red. Because of that I always gave more weight to verses where it’s Jesus speaking. Is that wrong?

In fact, I believe that the Word of God consists of those instances where God and Jesus are quoted in the Bible. The way I look at it is that Jesus was always right. I would say the same thing about God, when he is quoted in the Bible.
Jesus said that the words He spoke were the words of His father. John 12:49
For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment—what to say and what to speak.
Good morning Behold. I'd like to offer these passage using an interlinear bible and see if it makes things clearer regarding your quote:Isaiah 61:1
"""" The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;"""
This is an OT verse. written ABOUT Jesus.... 700 yrs before Jesus was BORN..
And Jesus read this very verse, to the JEWs, that is about Himself, at the start of His ministry, and told them..
= "this day, you have heard this verse, and im the verse, im HERE, its ME".
61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because Yahweh has anointed me to bring good news to the poor
No it's not wrong. It's all God's Word. Jesus is God.When i was a kid, my Bible had where Jesus spoke written in red. Because of that I always gave more weight to verses where it’s Jesus speaking. Is that wrong?
I have no idea what you are calling symbolic verses. What I post is the direct translation of the verses before and after Isaiah 61:1. It was not about Jesus. You posted a lot of symbolic verses....
The one that matters, that is related to the Ministry of Jesus, is Isa 61.1.
Its interesting that Jesus who inspired the Scriptures told them......
John 5:39 """"Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of ME..."
So, apparently Jesus understood .....His own words.
I have no idea what you are calling symbolic verses.
