Often within systems of power we see that those in power predominantly belong to specific type of people with mostly shared traits that feels attacked when equality of others are raised up. Do you think diversity in power and education is needed?

Merit is what we need in power and education and al the institutions of society. If you prefer to have a DEI hire operate on your brain, good luck to you.

I think you are missing the Christian concept of unity , Acts 4:32-35 states the one mind we must all have is that we preach the resurrection of our Lord Jesus, and explained even more in detail that we all are different with different gifts given by the grace of God, in Romans 12:6-8, it is what makes the Body of Christ strong. I know this addresses us spiritually, but Father, God states there is no more male/female..., we are all equal in the sight of God. So nonsense?? I think not, just an awareness that it's not about what is like you, but us all coming to together and getting closer to God, for who created us in His image with our differences? to become one.

You are confused. Just because things are equal in some ways does not mean a state of equality make. Diversity in education is not why one sees a specialist.

We are equal in Christ - not power or education, etc. Let’s keep it real!

I agree that we are equal in Christ, however power and education should never belong to a select few, just as your scripture signature states To Whom much given, much is expected.... that means to know is to educate, to be powerful is to empower, yes by all means let's keep it real, and grow into SPIRITUAL unity, by not bringing the truth in a wheelbarrow of lies

I think "Diversity" is one of the keys to how God created life.

I also think that "immaturity" in people, makes them averse to sharing it with others.
