You are correct...they won't cover my personal injuries in one... because of what they call contributory negligence...it's considered equivalent to a brake check. Where a person stops suddenly in front of another vehicle to create an accident. Any injuries caused by such are not covered by the other person's insurance.I have never had a driver's license... I don't know how to drive... but if I'm not mistaken...
If someone is in an accident and it is found that they were NOT wearing their seat belt ( which is against the law here in Canada )
Insurance will not cover one red cent of any claim.
And yes, my rant is getting longer because the Government caused me to lose yesterday in the Market with tying my hands from profiting from the fall...a fall they caused.
And the free fall is going to continue today because of the Government's massive spike in the Bond Market...largest price since before the quarantines. Goes back 14 months with no sign of relenting and on top of this they claimed no concern about inflation. Which has caused a free fall in stocks with no ability for me to make any profits from it. (I can make money as long as there is movement... doesn't matter which direction, but now, half my revenue stream is gone)
