We are supposed to turn the other cheek when we are unjustly accused. I agree with that.
I also agree in justice.

Oh my gosh....you said a mouthful there! I did not touch on that. Doctors will sell you out for a profit. They will make life decisions for you because they think they are so important. Good advise is to checkout any prescription drug they prescribe before you take it. A few years back, the game was to get the elderly hooked on opioid pain medications so the government would pay for it.
Now that may sound like I do not like doctors, it is more about not assuming someone is smart even if they have a diploma. The guy that finishes last in his class in medical school is still called a doctor. And the guy saying that...me....pushed all his kids into the medical field. My son is a surgical tech and my daughter is a nurse. And they will tell ya that you need to get some inside information about the doctors and hospitals in your area....before you get sick.
Pubic schools and teachers are another issue....just say no to public schools. Now a days the kids are using tablets....review what they are being taught.

My claim was NOT that one can't buy guns in Australia. I said that Australia was "disarmed." Do you know the difference? Maybe you don't.
Not everyone has that ability. I know my kids must continue going to public school. There are no other options for me or my ex-wife.

Listen, I went through a fair amount of this thread looking for a post where I claimed that there were no guns in Australia. Now, I'm not saying I disagree with you, but I'm saying I can't find where I said this.

Neither did I mean to suggest that you were anti-gun. If I said that, I certainly misspoke because even a casual reader of this thread can tell that you are not. I certainly would not intentionally say this.
I thought I said that Australia was disarmed. I still think this is the case. what I mean is this. To disarm someone or a population is to take the guns away from them. Unless I misinterpreted the news article, that is precisely what happened.
The fact that someone can buy a gun is beside the point, since according to the article, self-protection is NOT on the list of allowable reasons to "own" a gun. The distinction is subtle but very important. Consider the case of Kyle Rittenhouse. I wonder if Australia would allow a man to do what he did? If not, then your people are disarmed. If they will, then I will apologize and stand corrected.

Private school requires money. Money that we don't have. Homeschooling requires a parent that is home and not working a full-time job. I have to work, I have no choice and my skillset is work outside the home. While my ex-wife is home 24/7 she has MS and it has effected her cognitive ability and isn't capable of teaching them anything.
When I tell you, there is no choice, there is no choice. If I had an actual choice I would have exercised it by now.

I certainly understand that and hopefully you have some good public schools in your area. But now a days a lot of kids are not working out of books....they use tablets and you should be able to review what they are teaching them.

A christian will lay down their life for another christian regardless of their doctrine.
But christians won't lay down their doctrines to avoid arguments.

Well said. The devotion some have to abdicate their responsibility to do their part to protect innocence from slaughter - under any pretense - is reprehensible.
Jesus went berserk, turning over table and violently whipping people. And this was only in response to selling merchandise at a place he was opposed! It was not violence in response to committing violence against innocence. Jesus did not just rely on God to get it done, he took it on himself to right a wrong - and he is our model.

The people trusted the authorities for healing, prayers, food, clothes.
But they only took they never gave back.
Greed is a horrible monster.
Not naming anything in particular, but there are certain establishments covered in gold that let millions of people starve around the world.
They'll kiss your feet if your a criminal (literally) but they don't do much in the way of humanity.
Any idea how many people one cathedral could feed, gold goblets, silver bowls...
