God heals today. But tongues are phony.

So you say tongues are phony. While there are those that fake it, perhaps by peer pressure, and there are those that have a demonic tongue(voodoo and actual possession, and this I have witnessed), There is the True Gift of Tongues that has come by way of The Holy Spirit. By you using a blanket statement that all modern tongues are phony, you are in essence saying The Holy Spirit is phony. This must come to an end.

There is no gift of tongues today. People will swear to it but they are not the originals even by a long stretch.

The gifts only came during the two outpourings or through an apostle's hands. = no apostles since the end of the first century = no gifts today

Your only defense is your ostrich approach to biblical discussion; that is, you don't read modern biblical commentaries on the NT books you cite and you neither carefully read nor respond in detail to the posts that decisively refute your bogus screed. So for newbie readers only (not for your naively closed mind), I reissue this challenge for the umpteenth time: demonstrate how you know that the Corinthian glossolalia was received through Paul's laying on hands, given that he only learns of the abuse of speaking in tongues there through a letter from the Corinthians seeking instruction (7:1; cp. 12:1). Posters here, including myself, received the gift of tongues through a private personal outpouring of the Spirit without the laying on of hands.

If we begin with first things first, you have no scriptural basis for many of your claims. The gifts came only in the two outpourings or through an apostle's hands. Until you can refute this from scripture, all that you've said so far remains delusional at best or of the Devil at worst.

LOL, "first things first" requires you to address my biblical points that you always duck because you have nothing to say. I have reapeatedly and decisively refuted all your biblical interpretations without any detailed response from Scripture. Sadly, because you don't know Greek and don't read book commentaries on the texts at issue, you have noting to say and are pathetically reduced to constant pontifications without even a token effort at exegetical justification.

You have nothing to base any of your claims on in view of the biblical means God used to distribute the gifts.
