The Daniel 11 events by the "vile person" requires a STANDING TEMPLE in Jerusalem, not one that burned down before the Romans could get control of it. Your theory is only interested in the Romans having done sacrifices anywhere in Jerusalem to try and prove Daniel 11 is history. Thus you're not following what Christ revealed about the future Daniel 11:31 event that is for the end of this world...

Matt 24:15
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

That holy place means in the temple, like what Antiochus Epiphanes did in 165 B.C. with sacrifices swine upon the altar and placing an idol abomination in Zeus worship.

The temple building does not need to exist for an "abomination of desolation" to be an "abomination of desolation", because Mount Moriah itself is set-apart ground, because that is where the temple building once stood that set that ground apart. That is why the abomination of desolation that was appointed to come after the 1,290 years of Daniel came not into fulfillment with a standing temple, but by the erection of the Dome of the Rock where the temple once stood, which is Mount Moriah, for the 1,290 year timeline began around 600 BC, which is one instance temple sacrifices stopped, which was around the beginning of the Babylonian captivity, to around 691 AD when the construction of the Dome of the Rock was completed, thus 1,290 years,

Jehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years. He did evil in the eyes of Yehovah his God. Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon attacked him and bound him with bronze shackles to take him to Babylon. Nebuchadnezzar also took to Babylon articles from the temple of Yehovah and put them in his temple there.
2 Chronicles 36:5-7

From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.

Not yet.

Many today are deceived by what Paul meant with that 2 Thess.2 falling away. It's because of false doctrines being pushed about it in the Church. Paul gave that falling away event linked with the coming of the "man of sin" that will sit in a temple in Jerusalem (known as the temple of God in Paul's day), and will exalt himself as God, and over all that is called God, or that is worshiped. That is what will cause the great apostasy Paul was teaching there. This is why 2 Thess.2:9 about that false one working with all power and lying wonders is linked to the pseudo-Christ our Lord Jesus warned of in Matt.24:23-26 that is to come and do great signs and wonders. It's also linked to the 2nd beast of Rev.13:11 forward who is to come working miracles, raining fire from heaven down upon the earth in the sight of men.

So no, simply not going to Church and listening to the world today is not... the falling away of 2 Thess.2, even though it is going to lead to it. The coming Antichrist must be here, and in power over all nations like Revelation declares, for the real falling away to occur.

I'm not very well-versed in Revelations just yet as I have just begun a study of it - but I'll keep your warning in mind.

WOW, I guess Jesus REALLY OFFENDED YOU when Jesus called the Pharisees HYPOCRITES!

Obviously you are unaware, Being Offended is between two parties....and YOU are the third wheel, (and irrelevant) in what was said between cegnustar and myself.
