However we also have groups of people who claim to be fighting for a cause when the reality is that they simply want to create anarchy and have an excuse to fight and create problems.

And that's most of these BLM activists.

There's no end to it, and the news media dwells and promotes it.
When a black person gets shot: "A black man got shot"
When a white person gets shot: "A man got shot"

The news creates racism continually.
The public swallows it and joins.

Jesus Christ should be brought back into schools ! anything that is outside of Jesus ? that's of the foundation message of Jesus Christ is worthless dribble, like BLM etc etc, all that sort of nonsense is truly only a Mans works social workings constructed by devils. rubbish like that is all about delusions being peddled and dictated by Godless cultural Marxist socialist. their works will be burnt up = come to nothing, because it's not founded in Christ Jesus.
BLM sounds good up front but when one seeks to look in depth of it all, you can find this is another can of worms that will go nowhere to any truly worthy cause. such it's like giving a dollar and squandering 90c, the 10c may be of some value in it all, but it's much like barking up the wrong tree. but with Christ Jesus you get 100% value that you put in when you serve with him.

I can't find the video that mentioned it now but I saw that some guy was upset because it was being taught in his child's classroom. I guess it just matters the context since I think that people should definitely be aware of how wrong it is and the fact that it's a terrorist organization.
I think if someone wishes their child to learn about activist groups the parent should take the initiative and teach their child themselves. If we start such a curriculum in fairness what's next? Teaching about the KKK ? Christian Identity Movement?

That's right.
The public school system is a mess.
They encourage school kids to experiment with homosexuality.
(Just to see if they like it or not.)
I saw some booklets my kids were given at school.
It makes you puke reading what they are suggesting.

I can't imagine. So grateful not to have young children coming up in this world that now champions the immoral, the perverse, and the weak.

I remember the days when school was about education and learning things like math, spelling, history, and how to survive and it didn't involve teachers brainwashing kids with their unwanted political opinions. I liked that. just teach the flipping kids and be done

and I have noticed that those who are affiliated with the Republican party have taken to USING the summer riots.... to absolutely excuse and minimize the horrific crime that took place at the Capital on January 6th. What happened at the Capital was an absolute assault of an angry MOB. It was also a sign that America has lost control. Using one BAD incident to minimize the severity of another is a really poor argument.

I have also noticed that even though the majority of those who broke into the Capital were INDEED Trump supporters of various groups.... this fact is continuously denied and blamed on Antifa and BLM.

Absolutely wrong.

I see you included history. I would suggest that revisionist history lessons and being deprived of true history and taught distorted history...both in context of Biblical history...church history...and national history and combinations thereof (and which can be applied to numerous nations including Australia, NZ, Europe, and the USA) has created generations of uneducated ignorant subservient docile sheep that have no clue as to what is actually going on the world and why. This adulterated history was introduce to the world by the very power that today seeks to subjugate it. This power has been operating for centuries, and its master for millenia.

You're actually very right about that. I still teach history as a homeschooler, but we go allllll the way back to the truth, correcting all of the lies that we can, and nobody would like what I am saying. LOL But real stories deserve to be heard. Not inspirational lies.

The need is urgent, therefore, to examine the Black Lives Matter movement’s central thesis—that police pose the greatest threat to young black men. I propose two counter hypotheses: first, that there is no government agency more dedicated to the idea that black lives matter than the police; and second, that we have been talking obsessively about alleged police racism over the last 20 years in order to avoid talking about a far larger problem—black-on-black crime.

Let’s be clear at the outset: police have an indefeasible obligation to treat everyone with courtesy and respect, and to act within the confines of the law. Too often, officers develop a hardened, obnoxious attitude. It is also true that being stopped when you are innocent of any wrongdoing is infuriating, humiliating, and sometimes terrifying. And needless to say, every unjustified police shooting of an unarmed civilian is a stomach-churning tragedy.

Given the history of racism in this country and the complicity of the police in that history, police shootings of black men are particularly and understandably fraught. That history informs how many people view the police. But however intolerable and inexcusable every act of police brutality is, and while we need to make sure that the police are properly trained in the Constitution and in courtesy, there is a larger reality behind the issue of policing, crime, and race that remains a taboo topic. The problem of black-on-black crime is an uncomfortable truth, but unless we acknowledge it, we won’t get very far in understanding patterns of policing.

I absolutely one hundred percent agree Rita. Again, it just matters what exactly they're teaching about BLM as to whether or not they should be teaching it in my book.

What makes you say that? Do you have any kids or grandkids in school to prove that theory?

Clearly you are mixed up my friend. The group black lives matter is basically making a statement that they're the only ones that matter and nobody else or their property does.

What if they're teaching that the Black Lives Matter is a negative thing though? It seems like most everybody in this thread is jumping to conclusions. :/

Well parts of black lives matter is a very good thing, but the whole concept has been hijacked by the thugs and fascists.

i havent voted but children are very impressionable, sensitive and dont have much experience to rationalize much. people take advantage of children.
yes, this is unrelated but its an example i hate autism speaks. my niece did a fundraising them for them 2 or three grade levels ago. i spoke against it and said they shouldnt make children support stuff, especially an organization that offends a lot of the autistic community.
but they should teach to tolerate other children, races , etc. if a child is raised with any morals they should already learn this stuff. they really learn what they are living, not as much a school setting.
