Hi Truther,
Please help me to understand what you are saying here.
What I've got so far is that the Son is begotten from the Father, and that after a righteous life, and his death, that at Jesus resurrection, the Father elevated Jesus to be God.
Is this correct?
And what I'm wondering, are you talking about the same God, that the Father is no longer a separate Person, but has "become" the Son, thus making the Son to become God?
Or are you talking about a new relationship of God the Father and God the Son?
Much love!
I will simplify it, so let me now if I am not explaining it properly.
God made Adam with the ability to sin in the garden.
However, before God made Adam, He had a second(last) Adam in mind(which is reality) to replace the 1st Adam.
The first Adam was made from dust and got us in this sin mess.
The last Adam was made in an ovary to get us out of this sin mess.
There are 2 sons of God explained here ...one is created from dust and one is only begotten.
Paul calls Jesus "the last Adam" because that is precisely what Jesus was doing here.
Paul did not teach that God became the last Adam, but that he was made....
Paul's comparison of the 2 Adam's NEVER implies that one of the 2 was God Himself.
If God became the last Adam, this implies that God failed and had to die, Himself.
Kinda like a boss that is running a job , but because of His incompetence, fires his workers and does the job himself...."I(God) created man and they failed, so I will die for them Myself to fix my error".
No, Jesus was another Adam..and individual with the same God as the 1st Adam had.
