You obviously DISAGREE with Paul that the original scriptures were sufficient for the man of God to be COMPLETE. You obviously believe that what Jesus and the apostles told us is INCOMPLETE.

Since when does "profitable" or "useful" mean "sufficient".

The Catholic denomination posits itself as the bastion of all truth, the original church, the one true church, and many other claims, none of which are true. It sets itself above all other denominations.

Additionally, people make claims such as "Everyone seems to imagine themselves as their own Pope. No higher authority, as far as they're concerned" (even though the triune God is the highest authority) and make absurd comparisons to brain surgeons(!) -- see posts #84 and #86 -- and then feel offended when people disagree.

If anything, Catholics are filled with excessive pride and excessive prejudice toward the rest of the body of Christ. I never read, for example, that someone is a Lutheran or a Episcopalian or an Orthodox and everyone that disagrees with their doctrine is a fool or not a true Christian.

If Catholics stopped boasting about their supposed superiority to the rest of the body of Christ, then the "prejudice" and supposed "persecution" would disappear.

I don’t know ANYONE who brags about being Catholic or denigrates others for NOT being Catholic.

When I rebuke or chastise a Protestant or any other non-Catholic – it’s because they have decided to spread falsehoods about the Catholic Church – NOT because they’re not Catholic.

YOUR bitterness stems from the fact that you ARE one of those who has chosen to LIE about Catholics – and you’ve been put in your place.

Finally - the Cathollic Church isn't a "denomination". Those were invented by MEN in the 16th century. It is the Original Tree fro which Protestantism splintered.

My advice to you is this:
Rather than continue with your dishonesty – do your homework before posting ANYTHING about Catholics. It’ll save you from being further-exposed . . .
