Like Jesus said, none of ~us~ is good.
Hi Bob, Jesus chose to become ~like~ us (in a very real sense actually .. e.g. Philippians 2:5-8) by taking on a second nature, a human nature alongside of His Divine nature (in order to save us), but He, the King & Creator of the Universe .. e.g. John 1:1-3, 14 is HARDLY one of us ... and PTL that He isn't, because if He was ~truly~ one of us (fallen/sinful/evil), then it would be impossible for Him to be the Savior of any of us!!

God bless you!!

Hebrews 4
15 We do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
1 Peter 2
22 He committed no sin, neither was any deceit found in His mouth.
1 John 3
5 He appeared in order to take away our sins; and in Him there is no sin.

I think Jesus was God in flesh. I believe one of his objectives was to set an example for us.

Like Jesus said, none of us is good.

The Lord God IS “good” Because He IS “perfect”.

No man has been Made “perfect”, yet many ARE “sanctified”…Already ACCOUNTED IN Gods “records / books” AS “perfect”…Because By His Power, His Word, they SHALL be MADE “perfect”.

Good Aside from “Being” is ALSO a “behavior” of “Doing”.

It does not take an individual’s measured IQ, or Schooling Certificates….
TO OBSERVE IF Another IS A Continual TAKER or Continual GIVER
OF HIS Own “ASSETS”…OR “AN OTHERS”!

The US Federal Government HAS a BUDGET.
They manufacture NOTHING.
Taxing, Confiscating, the PEOPLES wealth IS evil and wicked.
Borrowing funds ON the People’s Credit IS evil and wicked.
The Federal Governments BUDGET is expressly funds, fees they receive ON “IMPORTS”.

See the “advantage” for the Federal “representatives” TO Promote, Encourage, continuously enact UnConstitutional Laws, rules, regulations, and Continue to “IMPORT” oil, fuels, inferior products From foreign countries? While throwing a monkey wrench IN Americans trying to jump through hoops, with their endless corrupt prohibitions, requirements, to work, and provide for their own.

The ENEMNY within sits in the People’s House, the People’s Offices plotting behind closed doors the People’s demise, while Promising and dolling out Scraps that thrills the broken hearted.

Disgusting.

Hi again Bob, that's good to know, but interesting in your case too (since you told us in your first post [#9] that Jesus is just like us, IOW, NOT good but evil). If I've misunderstood you about any of this (and it seems that I may have), please tell me what I'm missing or misunderstanding. Thanks :)

I believe one of his objectives was to set an example for us.
No doubt, but His principal objective in coming here was, of course, to finally make salvation a reality for the saints (both for the faithful of old, the true believers who lived and died prior to the Incarnation, as well for all the rest of us since then, even to the end of this present age).

God bless you!!

I don't remember saying Jesus is just like us. Jesus did say nobody is good except God. I think one of Jesus's objectives was to set an example for us. Therefore, he couldn't say, "I am God."

And the more I have studied evolution, the more of an untenable position it becomes.

The Divine order of nature and of the cosmos, was created a long time before "Skeptics" and "Scientists" decided to try to figure it out, and failed.

Everything you see, ither created itself, or it was Created.

If it was all created, then that is because a Creator created it. = Romans 1:20.... (Paul's Verse).

If, however, everything you see, simply "self generated itself out of blank nothingness", then the atheist and similar bible rejecting morons have it all figured out.

Lots of times when Science makes a new discovery that after awhile someone notices that, that's what the bible has been saying all along.

They used to think that an Atom was the smallest bit of matter. Now with better microscopes they see they're wrong, lol. So they are searching for for the God Particle now? They'll never find it because it is Love, it is God Himself...and their the enemy seeking to be God themselves so it would be impossible for them to find it I think.
