I agree. The Apostles’ Creed.

”Blessed be the God and Father of our lord Jesus Messiah.”

That is actually a bible verse, before it was rebranded as a Creed.

1 Peter 1:3, and one other verse, also.

What is it about the second one which causes you to think it obtuse? Does it not fit your theology?

No it does not fit Christianity..

Why not?
Because you have Jesus being shown with the "2 finger salute" that is defining Him as a "cult of Mary" idea.

Yes. I‘m a little surprised that you didn’t quote Paul.

Peter and Paul are both Jewish monotheists; as is the Messiah, the other apostles, and the earliest Christians.

Why would a Protestant artist do that?

I know that you believe that, as you keep posting it..

Why would a Protestant artist do that?

Name the artist, and i'll research them, and find out for you, if that specific info is available.

But more then likely, the obvious answer is.....they were commissioned by Catholics to do it, so, they are representing who is paying them for that nonsense, painting.

Every message I post conveys it in my signature. Some of my posts contain it in the body of the message. My Christian theology has been denigrated and anathematized by trinitarian theology.

I don’t know the artist’s name but I might be able to find out. (The painting was included in a Protestant pastor’s sermon.)

Could you be more specific about what is nonsensical to you about the painting without Mary? Are there any additional details in it which don’t accurately depict your theology, or trinitarian theology in general?

There is more to Christianity then being upset for years, regarding one doctrine.

Time to move on.

You can do it

He has no idea that the "2 finger salute" is Catholic Cult : ICONIC.

Well, between 100BC and 400AD, and until today, you have Paganism, mostly Euro these days... Denmark, Amsterdam, Netherlands, who originally were devoted to "the Goddess Diana".... and are now "Tree Huggers".. "We love PAN".... ect.
I have a prayer request here on the forum for 2 Pagans i really love as people and they are DEEP INTO Euro Paganism ..

So, early on... The Goddess Diana was known as "the QUEEN of Heaven" and "the perpetual Virgin".

Paul wrote about her and her temple in Ephesus ....
This temple became the "Church of Mary".

The "cult of mary" is just the evolution of that original Paganism....that is combined with some elements of The Gospel, and Christ...ect.

I’m not upset. I’m interested in Christian history and in how it affects Christian faith and practice in the 21st century.

The pastor is Lutheran, and female. Her sermon, as you will see, is about the Trinity; delivered on Trinity Sunday nine years ago.

Anything else about the first or second painting that doesn’t in your estimation properly represent trinitarian theology?

I invite readers to set aside and spend some time intently focusing on and thinking about this painting. When I do that, I don’t see what the Lutheran pastor wanted her congregation to see -> an accurate depiction of the Trinity.

If someone asked me to paint my Jewish dogma - and if I had the skill required to do it, or sufficient financial means to commission it - the painting I would produce would look similar to this one, with only minor improvement.

Who is God?
He's the Creator of Heaven and Earth....., who is the Father of Christ and the Spiritual Parent of all the Born Again.

Consider the following painting - The Creation of Adam - by Michelangelo. I’m sure you’ve seen it before.

This is a depiction of my Jewish dogma. (God is looking more powerful in this one than in the others we’ve been discussing)

“Who is God? The Creator of Heaven and Earth.” -> One person. The Father of Christ. God, the Father Almighty. (Cp. The Apostles’ Creed.) Amen.

Blessed be the God of Adam, who is none other than the God of Christ.

Jesus is the second Adam; the beginning of the new creation. (In my Jewish dogma).

I think the Bible is what we should use to see the things of God..
