Maybe you should go see a professional Christian counselor. You may need more than just talking to address the issues you are dealing with.

You are very troubles in your soul and do not seem open to people giving you biblical advice.

Also, @Holy999 should see a dentist. If he has infections, that could travel to his brain causing problems.

I hope Holy your doctor is good. Some doctors put people on too many medications. Get a good doctor. But also see a dentist to make sure you don't have infections in your gums.
