Yes, some are predestined and chosen before foundation of the world. We're talking about the Election. They were judged in first earth age. Jesus can intervene in lifes of the election.
Documentation, Romans chapter 8 and Ephesians chapter 1.
Revelation chapter 7.
Four Angels are holding back the four winds. Why??. Untill 144,000 and election are sealed. Then the end comes. We're in latter times.
First peter chapter 1. The Elect are predestined. Thier sanctified. They have holy Spirit.
The position for election can't be voluntary. God chose the election in first earth age. We're in second earth age.
Romans chapter 9
Vessels for destruction.
These are reprobates. They're cast away, rejected.
They won't repent and change from their wicked ways.
Galatians chapter 5.
The Spirit is in conflict with the flesh.
The election have Holy Spirit.
Reprobates Walk in the flesh. It ends in destruction.
2 Timothy chapter 3. Tells us about reprobates. Habitual sinners who won't repent and don't care. There hell bound.
3td group. These are spiritually Dead. They sat in church All there life and are bibillcy illiterate. Our Great grandfather's, and ancestors. They're in sheol. It's holding place for the spiritually and wicked until judgment Day. The spiritually dead will be taught during milliumum by priests, revelation chapter 20. This group has good chance at eternal life on judgement Day. Jesus is fair.
We have 3 groups.

John Calvin, a lying demon possessed heretic, created a theology whereby The Cross is misrepresented, denied, and blasphemed.
What Calvin did was create HIS Theology, that says....>>"The Cross is not for everyone, its only for those i have defined as "predestined".
So, that is the root "doctrine of devils" that is the core of Evil Calvinism.
And once His Teaching gets your mind, you will then find yourself as HIS Mouthpiece, teaching HIS Theology, and you will BELIEVE its True.

People with total free will do not exist, that is a myth. Everyone makes choices according to what they have experienced in this life.
God is the best teacher but we are not very good learners, so God must reveal Himself to their inner man of the Spirit, which is why you must first be born again of God in order to believe in and follow Christ, as only such people can be successfully taught to come to Christ.
Proof is in the history of the world and what men do is generally evil. A man's imagination is evil from his youth God says.
Genesis 8:21
And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in His heart, “I will never again curse the ground for man’s sake, although the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done.
So then get on board with what God testifies of men and you will see salvation is of the LORD.
Evil men continually reject Him and His ways.
The only reason you do good, is due to the Spirit of God working in your life, and it is a good thing to believe in His Son.

41 The Jews then [g]complained about Him, because He said, “I am the bread which came down from heaven.” 42 And they said, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says, ‘I have come down from heaven’?”

Everyone born is born with "a measure of faith" and Free Will.
One of the ways you understand that you have freewill, is.......that God holds you accountable for your choices.
And had you no free will, He would not do that, as you would not be making choices, freely.
And i assure you, Reader, that you made every choice, freely,.. = today, yesterday, and tomorrow... .......and thats your proof of YOUR free will, that is GOD given.
Now...Calvinists, who have a mental block that is caused by a "doctrine of Devils" that is "Calvinism".... will deny freewill, partly or absolutely...., because they are trained by Calvin's "doctrine of Devils'.... to exercize no logic or common sense, when reading verses, or regarding understanding the FREE will of a human being...... that is given by God to be used, as you will choose to use it.
Calvinism is of the Devil.
Do not read John Calvin's Theology, as it will trap your mind, and you probably will never be able to escape from it, once it controls your mind.
Few are able to realize it as demonic, who are controlled by it.
When they do, and its very few, they are delivered from a teaching that has such Satanic deceiving power, that its literally like a Theological Mind Blinding Cancer on the Body of Christ.

God made His promise to save some people, He never said He saves all people, just some people from every tribe, nation, tongue are saved.
