A work friend got a call last night from her mom. Her little seven year old boy has some form of rare disease that causes severe pain which comes on him without any warning. Last night was one of those times. She was in tears when she explained that he had gone to hospital but there was not much they could do and he may have to go into "Starship" which is the largest children's hospital in the country.
Last night I suggested that we could pray for him since there was not much she could do even if she went home during the night accept to take him back to hospital. She told me that her mom is a JW but she is not. She also said that she believes in God but that she has opinions that would probably be contrary to God's ways and named some things.
I told her that we are going to forget about all of that and just concentrate on praying to God for a healing for her son and we did. It was awesome! and I know God heard those prayers. Please continue to lift my friend "Cean's" son to God in prayer...We serve a God of miracles!
