God's interaction with Cain after Cain had killed Abel.

The Salvation covenant process back then was modified when it was refreshed by Christ on the cross some 4,000 + years later.

The exact place that the Gospel was first preached was by God Himself in the Garden.
The first person God preached the Gospel to was directly to satan with Adam and Eve as witnesses.

So the LORD God said to the serpent:
“Because you have done this,
cursed are you above all livestock
and every beast of the field!
On your belly will you go,
and dust you will eat,
all the days of your life.
And I will put enmity between you and the woman,
and between your seed and her seed.
HE will crush your head,
and you will strike his heel.
Genesis 3:14-15

Seeking to re-establish the Law under a new name is religion and is condemned.

It is written, "whoever works on God's Sabbath Day will be put to death."
It is written, "by Grace you are saved thru faith and it is not of yourself less any man should boast."
It is written, "he who believes is not condemned but he who believes not is condemned already" John 3:18

The exact place that the Gospel was first preached was by God Himself in the Garden.
The first person God preached the Gospel to was directly to Satan with Adam and Eve as witnesses.

But Satan is not a person as you are suggesting. He is a wicked fallen heavenly host who has rebelled against God.

Gives the wrong time for God first interaction with Cain. God offered salvation to Cain in these verses: -

Gen 4:6-7: - 6 So the Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? 7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it."​

The interaction between God and Cain after he had killed Abel goes like this: -

He said, "I do not know. Am I my brother's keeper?"

The voice of your brother's blood cries out to Me from the ground. 11 So now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. 12 When you till the ground, it shall no longer yield its strength to you. A fugitive and a vagabond you shall be on the earth."

13 And Cain said to the Lord, "My punishment is greater than I can bear! 14 Surely You have driven me out this day from the face of the ground; I shall be hidden from Your face; I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond on the earth, and it will happen that anyone who finds me will kill me."

15 And the Lord said to him, "Therefore, whoever kills Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold." And the Lord set a mark on Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him.​

God still had compassion for Cain and left the door open for him to repent, but Cain soon forgot and did his own thing without reference to God's instruction.

Well as I am not seeking to reestablish the Mosaic Law your answer is moot and irrelavent. but as believers we are commanded to do and not do things. Not to be saved or to have God more pleased with us etc. But as believers these are the things god says we should or should not do as His children living as Children of God.

Not to be saved or to have God more pleased with us etc. But as believers these are the things god says we should or should not do as His children living as Children of God.

It is called God telling us how to walk holy. It is not reestablishing a law.

Read and Pray these Three Instruction Manuals from God into your life during this Season of Lights.

Well having walked with the Lord for 47 years now I have read dozens of times John, Acts and corinthians. I also have read the rest of the gospels and epistles dozens of times and the OT quite a few times.

And you have proved what I said in the beginning. God gives the church instructions to follow! I called them commands you call them instructions. same/same.

Me too. we are given commands but that was denounced, but I guess "instructions" is more PC here.

The point being made is what you said in your Post #89

God did not abolish the Law and it's commandments that were against us to reestablish a NT Law with even more commandments.

And I agree with this 100%. what is the point? Are you suggesting We have no commands given us to walk a holy life in?
