And what is the good that Jesus said to do? but believe on HIm!

Very poor and laughably obvious attempt at twisting scripture.

Doing good is not believing, doing good is doing good, and believing is believing. Pease look them up in the dictionary and see the difference. I can assure you ithe dictionary will not give same definitions for both.

Now, will you please show us where Jesus said that? Because you are now charged with completely making it up.

Also will you please answer the question I posed now that you know there is a difference between believing and doing good, and that no one here buys your silly attempt to change meanings of terminology in order to attempt to mak a lie sound like the truth.

There were 2 question there, please give straight answers to both.

Their deceptions will tell us exactly who they follow.

I posted this in a different OSAS thread and it is reposted here for the same reason. Also, consider now how many OSAS threads there are. All end up the same. Why?

When the scriptures that tell us those who are on Christ do not sin, do not make a habit of sinning, are posted again and again and again, thinking to teach an alleged christian their error when they again, and again, and again, and again, insist eternal salvation is a license to sin, there comes a time when we have to realize we are not engaging with a Christian.

We're being baited again, and again, and again, and again, and again, by Atheist Trolls.

Because actual Christians will read scripture. And no Christian believes eternal salvation is a license to sin.

All talk. You have reached the point where you are no longer able to understand clear scripture, leaving you nothing to do but babble on.
Well, since are left with strawman (I can say the same about you). We have nothing further to discuss.

good luck earning your salvation, I will keep praising god for the gift he gave me and seek, after things of the spirit as he commanded me too

You're judging someone and saying "Actually you have given yourself over to Satan"?

If you don't have Christian works you're not a Christian! James said it well! And he mentioned it three times, for OSASers.

James 2:26 (NKJV)
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
All Christians have works because true Christians have faith

salvation can not be lost, because all true believers have works

you work to earn salvation, not because you are saved, that makes you a false teacher, spin it however you want, that’s the truth

Yep, you keep praising God for allowing you to sin regularly, until the day comes when you realize, it wasn't God that convinced you that you were allowed to do that....Oopsy!

Nope. God does not allow me to sin, he chastens me when I do, and like God said it’s painful

good luck trying to live in a way you think God will give you entrance to heaven based on your works

Wasn't me who said we had to do good in order to get into heaven, so go complain to Christ.

John 5:28 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned."

See, right there in bold? ;)

Yep, anti OSAS hatred is ripe, I have hardly seen it so bad
Take heart. :)
We know the enemy because we were warned they would come.

Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses.

Jesus said, "If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you." John 15:18

They whose hate filled purpose is to stir strife among the church love the attention paid in trying to change their minds.
The hearts are corrupt. Therefore, the mind is hard.
Move into the light and feed not the Trolls.
They disrespect God on purpose.

If you don't do Christian works then you're heading for HELL FIRE!
If you don’t have faith, your headed for hellfire

does not matter how many works you have

you try giving god your works as payment for sin, you will have hellfire,

I can yell too.

In the eyes of God, only true children of God (believers) produce the fruit of the Spirit and have done anything good, hence those who have done good. In regards to unbelievers, their hearts are not right with God, so any external attempts at doing good (apart from the righteousness of God which is by faith and the blood of Christ) is stained with sin, hence evil. Works-salvationists don't understand this and continue to confuse 'descriptive' passages of scripture with 'prescriptive' passages of scripture.

It's not hard to find trolls, agitators and spiritual narcissists on Christian forum sites who are only interested in drawing attention to themselves and stirring up strife.

They are truly no different than the jews. They want their hard work to count. so to tell them all their hard work will not count for one sin being forgiven, They get angry, We see it here and in the war against eternal security. If Christ was here today and told them what he told the jews, They would crucify him also. Because he would reject their self righteousness, as he did the jews

Well I assume you believe doing the works of God is doing good. So you actually have a problem with Jesus Himself!

John 6:28-29
King James Version

28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?

29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

They asked what to DO- Jesus said believe on HIM! Everything else flows from that point on.

Just because you want to be like Cain and present to God some of your own good works so that you can have some credit in your salvation doesn't alter the truth of Scripture.

Ephesians 2:8-10
King James Version

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Salvation is by trusting in grace (Gods unearned favor) without any works. Any good works we do that survive are works enabled by the Holy Spirit in us and then through us!

there your questions have3 been answered by Gods Word and not my opinion!
