Doesn't matter how complex teh history is. Ukraine was declared (with Russian support) to be a sovereign nation with defined borders. Russia invaded that sovereign nation and stole land. History may be complex- but sin is not.

I did not hear Trump because I wasnt watching the video so I only your word for it. Not that it would matter too much if I did hear it, I'm not much of a nitpicker over that sort of thing. Also, coming back to this for a moment, the chart at the top right of the Britannica website states that there were 25,600 fatalities related to the Panama canal

There was another on the same website (if you search through) that just said over 20,000 so whether or not there is an exact quote they differed from either of these which could be found elsewhere (from which Trump got his stat). Which I am unwilling to search through the many links there digging through all of it for something that is not that important to me.

25,600 is a little closer to 38,000 but the estimates varry between them by quite alot.

I think the larger number for the timeline pertains to both the French who lost far more than us and through disease. Whereas the U.S lost much less through better sanitation when they took over the task from the French. So the numbers combined are over 25,000 people lost in the building of the Panama canal over an extended period of time. Which just seems to include the labor of France and the U.S together for that project.

I have appreciated so much of what president Trump is doing. But one thing I most vehemently oppose is that Trump is negotiating an end to the war with Putin and not including Zelensky yet.

He is caving in to many of Putins demands as to be very sorrowful.

allowing Putin to keep many of the lands he stole in the 2 invasions of Ukraine.
Forcing Zelensky out of office saying he is a dictator( Pot meet kettle)
no taqlks of reparations to Ukraine for the massive damage done.
no war crime hearings for the intentional butchering of people by bombing civilian targets.
no talk of Russia paying anything for the crimes committed in their illegal invasion.
Talk of Trump demanding 50% of Ukraine's rare earth minerals to repay the AID we gave to help- them defeat the Russia Trump now seems to be sucking up to.
I have even been hearing on conservative TV and radio talk now of bad mouthing Zelensky and almost making him the villain of this war.

I voted for Trump and believe He can do good for America, but if he turns his back on Ukraine tro cow tow to russia, America has betrayed godly values in teh White House and we aree in serious trouble.

That is not what is actually going on.

It will seem far fetched and hard to believe until the real truth comes out (if it even does). But truth be known, Ukraine has been a stronghold for an ancient mafia-like, Satan-worshiping sect at the core of the new world order/one world government agenda. Ever wonder why pedifilia is more and more in the news lately? It's because it's one of their practices.

Russia fought against them a thousand years ago and ran them off , but some survived and went into hiding. Since then they have been operating covertly. It's a long story, but basically they have infiltrated governments, militaries, finantial institutions, medias, and other industries; and among others, engineered the first two world wars, with plans for a third to fully attain control of all the world.

Also in short, Putin, Trump, and the leaders of 209 nations have formed an alliance to fight and defeat their evil doings. The history of the resistance against them dates back to Lincoln, and more recently to JFK, who were both killed for their efforts. Ever wonder why all the secrecy regarding the JFK assassination...and why it's supposed to soon be released? Because, this is all a part of the same war being waged behind the scenes.
