Don’t misunderstand what I am saying, our Last government wasted a lot of money ( although I am not sure the new one is any better and it chooses to take it from the vulnerable rather than from those who live in style ). Obviously things need to be addressed and some things need to change. It’s more the quickness to save as much money as quickly as possible so that Musk can reach his aim, without considering the impact. The fact that they have had to re instate some people shows that the initial choice was not completely right.
I am not sure it matters if someone is newly hired, they have still lost their job. I guess everyone will find out the cost when they visit these places.

I just checked and it was 1,000 newly appointed workers, it doesn’t state exactly when they were hired. However it also mentioned seasonal workers, of which many people rely on those opportunities to support their income. Your national parks are huge , would have thought they need the larger staff numbers to maintain it all.
Time will tell with all the decisions that are being made - I just have a burden for those impacted, so I am praying for them.

I have appreciated so much of what president Trump is doing. But one thing I most vehemently oppose is that Trump is negotiating an end to the war with Putin and not including Zelensky yet.

He is caving in to many of Putins demands as to be very sorrowful.

Forcing Zelensky out of office saying he is a dictator( Pot meet kettle)

Talk of Trump demanding 50% of Ukraine's rare earth minerals to repay the AID we gave to help- them defeat the Russia Trump now seems to be sucking up to.
I have even been hearing on conservative TV and radio talk now of bad mouthing Zelensky and almost making him the villain of this war.

I voted for Trump and believe He can do good for America, but if he turns his back on Ukraine tro cow tow to russia, America has betrayed godly values in teh White House and we aree in serious trouble.
