And PS , TRY reading the bible . try reading it for yourself . IF one does not believe the testimony that GOD gave of CHRIST
THEN , THEY MAKE GOD A LIAR . THEY DENY GOD HIMSELF , IF THEY DENY JESUS CHRIST As the ONLY NAME whereby one may be saved .
TRY reading the bible for a change . IT WILL HELP GREATLY IF YA DID SO .
I wonder about those folk who show up at a certain time and say 'Lord lord, we did all these wonderful works in your name' and Jesus tells them he never knew them. How does that work? ....they did wonderful works in his name; they must have believed in him according to your rationale. No doubt they read the Bible, praised the Lord with their hands held high and so on. How is it that Jesus didn't know them?

Oh, and here's the quote: Matthew 7:22-23
Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’.....

He says something about lawlessness.....what? but hasn't the law been done away with?

Could it be they used 'praising the lord with hands held high' ....'casting out demons'....organised committees of 'prayer warriors' and all the palaver and yada yada which goes with that scene, in preference?

Oops! now I'm treading on toes!

You are in disagreement with God. Deuteronomy 11:11-12, Isaiah 49:14-21
The holy Land was given to Abraham and his descendants by faith for their inheritance. Psalms 69:32-36, Isaiah 65:9

Daniel 7:25 and Revelation 13:5-8, make it clear that the holy people of God will be living there when the Anti-Christ takes world control.

The unsupported opinion of QT, against the 6 scriptures by Keraz.
Do you really think that quoting a volume of scripture makes the matter right Keraz? There are plenty here who quote scripture by the bucket load and yet are 'off with the fairies' so to speak. What's more, you know that! Why would you even employ that tactic as if it carries indisputable weight?

Scripture is good when it is used in context, however using it out of context is embarking on a journey which takes one far from the intended destination.....and, using volume of text as justification for correctness only weakens one's position.

Yes, God did give Abraham some land....but it is you calling it holy. Familiarity with the history of that slice of geography eliminates any conclusion that it is holy......so why live in a fantasy as if it is?

....further, what was given to Abraham was primarily the known World. It served as a metaphor for Gods intention of giving his people back the dominion of the whole planet....the dominion lost when Adam blew it.
Literal Israel is also a metaphor for God's people.....a metaphor using real life, pressing the flesh so to speak, examples.

anyway, there is much more to be said re this matter....however, this'll do for this offering.

Actually they probably only read the bible through the lens of their teachers doctrine .
Many do praise the LORD and etc , and yet they love their sin and justify their evil . THESE DO NOT KNOW CHRIST at all .
FOR in CHRIST we are born again and now love truth and no longer embrace that old man of sin .
Most churches pick and choose what jesus to follow . Sure they can keep some of the things HE said
but anything that contradicts their sin , THEY will omit and try and say it either no longer applies
or they try and twist it to mean something else . But lambs follow Christ . Being hearers and doers of the things PLEASING to GOD
for they have been born again and they follow the SPIRIT . Lambs dont embrace sin , they embrace truth and
the love of GOD is shed upon their hearts . They live by the power of the SPIRIT and hate the evil deeds of the flesh .

It might seem that way , but i assure us their is a remnant who have not bowed the knee to the all inclusive false love god
of the delusion of the all inclusion .
It seemed rough to a prophet too . HE once said to GOD
LORD i am left ALONE , they have dug down your alters and etc
BUT GOD told him A REMENANT still existed . SO TOO TODAY .
Sure most have torn down the biblical Christ and the true gospel
and have erected their hearts unto this false love god of many paths , BUT NOT ALL . NOT ALL .
THERE are still a remnant .

Yes.
You fail to give any proof of your wild assertion that I use scripture out of context. It isn't the scriptures that are wrongly used, but your beliefs that are proved wrong.
you know Keraz, occasionally I quote scripture but even when I don't, how does that make me wrong? You don't make any enquiry as to why I believe what I believe and label what I say 'wild assertions' so why would posting scripture make a difference?.....and even if I did, would you bother chasing them up?
Have you ever wondered why the record of Jesus interactions is so scant in quoting scripture? Maybe thats a clue!

The Day the Lord will reset our civilization to a similar degree to what He did in the days of Noah; will come upon us all.
Shouldn't we know all about it? The Bible prophets have given us a lot of information about it.
Knowing what will happen, will be a great help on the Day.

Yes, we should know about it.

The issue is how one sees/hears not just what one sees......in order to gain understanding

At Jesus crucifixion what do you think the soldiers saw? and the religious tight shorts?......What do you think the disciples saw? and Jesus' mother? All were looking at the same gory scene.....and how did they see/hear after the resurrection?

further.....Paul was an enthusiastic persecutor till his Damascus road experience.....something happened not just in that experience re what he saw but how he saw.

Jesus tells us to be careful how we see/hear. Ahh, yes, you want scripture....here it is:

Luke 8:18
Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.”

Now that should raise some questions!

In my writings of the Prophetic scriptures about the end times, I find that many simply cannot see or understand the plainly revealed Word as given to us in the Bible. The Bible does tell us that the Lord can and does place a veil over those who He does not wish to understand His plans. This was done to the Jewish people in Jesus’ day and still remains upon them now.

Matthew 13:13-15 I speak in parables, for these people look without seeing, hear without listening or understanding. The prophecy of Isaiah 6:9-10, is being fulfilled in them. Their minds have become dull, they have shut their eyes and stopped their ears. Otherwise they might see, hear and understand and then they might turn to Me and I would heal them.

Jesus came in person to them, performing miracles and teaching eternal truths, but they failed to recognize who He was and rejected Him. They lost their chance for themselves and their descendants when they called out ‘His blood be upon us and our children’. Now, nearly 2000 years later, the Jews still actually put their hands to their ears whenever the Name of Jesus is mentioned. Christians are the only religion not permitted to emigrate to the State of Israel.

But we Christians are told in:
2 Timothy 4:4 In the last days, people will stop their ears to the truth and turn to fables
2 Timothy 3:2…always wanting to be taught, but incapable of attaining to a knowledge of the truth.

So now, in the latter days, we are in the same situation of failing to properly discern the truth, turning to false teachings and therefore being made incapable of correct understanding.

Isaiah 29:9-10 If you confuse yourself, you will remain confused, if you blind yourself, you will stay blinded, be drunk – but not with strong drink, for the Lord has poured on you a spirit of deep stupor. He has closed your eyes, [the prophets] and covered your heads. [the seers] Deuteronomy 29:4

Isaiah 48:1-8 Hear this now, you House of Jacob! Those who invoke the God of Israel, but not with honesty and sincerity, you call yourselves His people and lean for support on the God of Israel. I revealed what will happen long ago, I declared them to you before they happened, so you could not say: We discovered these things for ourselves. From now on, I will show you new things, hidden things, so you can’t say; I know that already.

For you neither heard or knew, as your ears were closed long ago.

Matthew 11:25-26 Jesus said: I thank you, Father – the Creator of the heavens and the earth, for keeping hidden these things from the learned and wise and revealing them to the uneducated. Yes, Father, for that was Your choice. 1 Corinthians 1:20

Daniel 12:9-10 The prophecies are to be kept secret until the time of the end. …none of the wicked will understand, only the wise leaders will understand.

Even today, as evidenced by the incredible variety of opinions about what we face in our future, it seems that we are incapable of any sort of consensus in the interpretation of the prophecies. Isaiah 56:10-11, Deuteronomy 32:28-29

What can we do? Each must carefully read the prophesies as given to us in the Bible, putting aside all theories, ideas or specious interpretations of people qualified as they may seem to be, and see what it is those ancient prophets are actually telling us. 2 Peter 1:19

That is my aim and object in all my writing: to set out the Prophetic Word in easily read short articles and giving other verses to explain it, along with how what is said could literally be fulfilled in the light of our modern knowledge. If what I write about conflicts with what you have been taught and believe, then please: for your own sake, check all the scriptures in order to come to an understanding of the truth.

Pray for understanding and do not be ‘in the dark’, about what will happen. 1 Thess.5:4-5, Isaiah 54:4-8, Isaiah 32:3-4

As you rightly say Keraz, they are your writings ie, not the writings of scripture.
For example, here you say God is responsible for blinding peoples eyes when the testimony of scripture is:-
2 Corinthians 4:4 'whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

Your posts appropriate to God that which is in fact Satans work.....and I'm not surprised or shocked as it is a common error.

I write out the Prophetic Word. As it is Written.
If it conflicts with your beliefs, then who is wrong?

The Day you will really be surprised and shocked, is when the Lord takes action and you won't know which way to turn, Luke 21:25-26

So what do you want me to do to make the difference?.....be drawn to someones words of threat?....jump through hoops which don't make any sense when scrutinised ......that doesn't give much hope.
...it in fact just labels you with all the other nutters who've preached hellfire and damnation through the decades......hardly good news for the faltering, the feeble and the lost.

So come now, give me your best shot!....talk with me, don't preach at me

well keraz, i will suggest that there is a…higher way to interpret Noach—that i wont get into here, but we are told that no more floods are coming anyway, right?—and ppl in the world have been consumed with “tomorrow” since forever, and even seek out mediums and whatnot to predict the future for them, but i think today is the day, and you may have fallen into a trap.

36No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,g but only the Father.
37As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the coming of the Son of Man.
38For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark.
39And they were oblivious, until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man

So, is this saying that the rainbow is negated, and there will be another literal flood?

More to the point is; How is it that pastors and virtually all Bible believers, ignore the Prophetic Word?
God has given us in great detail, what He plans to do to correct the world, which is once again as in the days of Noah. Matthew 24:37-44

Why should you not know which way to turn, on the Day the Lord sends His fiery wrath? Luke 21:25-26, Psalms 11:4-6

Such is the coming Day or wrath which will be on all the nations.
The Day of the Lord is a day of destruction for the wicked and it will be on all flesh. It is the Day when Christ returns in a fiery wrath. and is also prophetically written about in the NT too. Here are more OT verses.
  1. Isaiah 66:16
For by fire and by His sword The Lord will judge all flesh; And the slain of the Lord shall be many.
In Context | Full Chapter | Other Translations
  2. Jeremiah 25:33
And at that day the slain of the Lord shall be from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth. They shall not be lamented, or gathered, or buried; they shall become refuse on the ground.

Malachi 4
New King James Version

The Great Day of God
1 “For behold, the day is coming,
Burning like an oven,
And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble.
And the day which is coming shall burn them up,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“That will leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But to you who fear My name
The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
3 You shall trample the wicked,
For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
On the day that I do this,
Says the Lord of hosts.

4 “Remember the Law of Moses, My servant,
Which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel,
With the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
6 And he will turn
The hearts of the fathers to the children,
And the hearts of the children to their fathers,
Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

Jeremiah 25
27 “Therefore you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Drink, be drunk, and vomit! Fall and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.” ’ 28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: “You shall certainly drink! 29 For behold, I begin to bring calamity on the city which is called by My name, and should you be utterly unpunished? You shall not be unpunished, for I will call for a sword on all the inhabitants of the earth,” says the Lord of hosts.’

30 “Therefore prophesy against them all these words, and say to them:

‘The Lord will roar from on high,
And utter His voice from His holy habitation;
He will roar mightily against His fold.
He will give a shout, as those who tread the grapes,
Against all the inhabitants of the earth.
31 A noise will come to the ends of the earth—
For the Lord has a controversy with the nations;
He will plead His case with all flesh.
He will give those who are wicked to the sword,’ says the Lord.”

32 Thus says the Lord of hosts:

“Behold, disaster shall go forth
From nation to nation,
And a great whirlwind shall be raised up
From the farthest parts of the earth.

33 And at that day the slain of the Lord shall be from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth. They shall not be lamented, or gathered, or buried; they shall become refuse on the ground.

34 “Wail, shepherds, and cry!
Roll about in the ashes,
You leaders of the flock!
For the days of your slaughter and your dispersions are fulfilled;
You shall fall like a precious vessel.
35 And the shepherds will have no way to flee,
Nor the leaders of the flock to escape.
36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds,
And a wailing of the leaders to the flock will be heard.
For the Lord has plundered their pasture,
37 And the peaceful dwellings are cut down
Because of the fierce anger of the Lord.
38 He has left His lair like the lion;
For their land is desolate
Because of the fierceness of the Oppressor,
And because of His fierce anger.”
