If the Archivist is supposed to be targeting all Presidential records according to the Records Act ......why were all those boxes left behind? The boxes spilled on the floor were not in that shape when the FBI arrived .......there are tapes of the conditions existing. The files were not on the floor as a display for the inept .....again ....on tape .... Turn off the security cameras .....right.

The defense is allowed time for discovery. They can demand the right to depose every witness the Council deposed ....They can demand the right to sit with every witness the Grand Jury saw ....This will not go to trial until late next year if ever.
In the meantime, every word used in the accusation will be tested by the defense ......The Judge will constantly be asked to rule on the accusations of the council. Democrats better be worried .....This special council has a history of cases being thrown out entirely ...

In civil court trials often do not have juries, divorce cases for instance have no jury, there are no juries in traffic court.
